أتمت الهيئة العامة للأمن الغذائي ترسية الدفعة الثانية من مناقصة المستثمرين السعوديين في الخارج للعام 2025 بكمية 500 ألف طن، ليبلغ بذلك إجمالي الكميات التي تمت ترسيتها على المستثمرين السعوديين في الخارج هذا العام 975 ألف طن، تمثل نحو 20% من استهلاك المملكة السنوي من القمح، وموزعة على 16 شحنة فازت بها الشركة السعودية للاستثمار الزراعي والإنتاج الحيواني «سالك» بمتوسط سعر 267 دولارا للطن.
وأوضح رئيس الهيئة أحمد الفارس أن الدفعة الثانية التي تمت ترسيتها موزعة على 8 بواخر، بواقع باخرتين لميناء جدة الإسلامي بكمية 130 ألف طن، و3 بواخر لميناء ينبع التجاري بكمية 195 ألف طن، وباخرتين لميناء الملك عبدالعزيز بالدمام بكمية 120 ألف طن، وباخرة لميناء جازان بكمية 55 ألف طن.
وحسب البيان، سيتم التوريد خلال الفترة من يناير إلى أبريل 2026، وبمتوسط سعر 268.12 دولار للطن.

يذكر أن المناقصة الأولى للمستثمرين السعوديين في الخارج تمت ترسيتها في شهر مايو الماضي بكمية 475 ألف للتوريد خلال الفترة (يوليو – ديسمبر 2025م)، موزعة على 8 بواخر، بواقع 3 بواخر لميناء جدة الإسلامي بكمية 180 ألف طن، وباخرتين لميناء ينبع التجاري بكمية 120 ألف طن، وباخرتين لميناء الملك عبدالعزيز بالدمام بكمية 120 ألف طن، وباخرة لميناء جازان بكمية 55 ألف طن، وبمتوسط سعر 265.88 دولار للطن.
وأكد الفارس أن الشراكة مع المستثمرين السعوديين بالخارج تأتي في إطار خطط دعم المخزونات الإستراتيجية وتنويع مصادر شراء القمح وربطها بالاستهلاك المحلي. وفي هذا الشأن، تدعو الهيئة العامة للأمن الغذائي كافة المستثمرين السعوديين إلى الاستفادة من هذه المبادرة والتقدم للتأهيل للمنافسات خلال الأعوام القادمة.
The Public Authority for Food Security has completed the awarding of the second batch of the tender for Saudi investors abroad for the year 2025, with a quantity of 500,000 tons. This brings the total quantities awarded to Saudi investors abroad this year to 975,000 tons, representing about 20% of the Kingdom's annual wheat consumption, distributed across 16 shipments won by the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company "Salk" at an average price of $267 per ton.
Chairman of the Authority, Ahmed Al-Faris, explained that the second batch awarded is distributed across 8 vessels, with two vessels for Jeddah Islamic Port with a quantity of 130,000 tons, three vessels for Yanbu Commercial Port with a quantity of 195,000 tons, two vessels for King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam with a quantity of 120,000 tons, and one vessel for Jazan Port with a quantity of 55,000 tons.
According to the statement, the supply will take place during the period from January to April 2026, at an average price of $268.12 per ton.

It is worth mentioning that the first tender for Saudi investors abroad was awarded last May with a quantity of 475,000 tons for supply during the period (July - December 2025), distributed across 8 vessels, with 3 vessels for Jeddah Islamic Port with a quantity of 180,000 tons, two vessels for Yanbu Commercial Port with a quantity of 120,000 tons, two vessels for King Abdulaziz Port in Dammam with a quantity of 120,000 tons, and one vessel for Jazan Port with a quantity of 55,000 tons, at an average price of $265.88 per ton.
Al-Faris confirmed that the partnership with Saudi investors abroad comes within the framework of plans to support strategic stockpiles, diversify sources of wheat procurement, and link them to local consumption. In this regard, the Public Authority for Food Security invites all Saudi investors to take advantage of this initiative and apply for qualification for competitions in the coming years.
