زادت خسائر أسعار النفط خلال تعاملاتها اليوم (الخميس)، قبل صدور بيانات المخزونات الأمريكية، وترقب اجتماع «أوبك بلس» خلال عطلة نهاية الأسبوع الحالي.
وهبطت أسعار العقود الآجلة لخام «برنت» تسليم نوفمبر بنسبة 1.04% أو 70 سنتا إلى 66.90 دولار للبرميل.
كما انخفضت أسعار العقود الآجلة لخام «نايمكس» الأمريكي تسليم أكتوبر بنسبة 1.04% أو 69 سنتا إلى 63.28 دولار للبرميل.
ووفقًا لوكالات إعلامية عن مصادر على دراية بالأمر، يعتزم تحالف «أوبك بلس» مناقشة زيادة إنتاج النفط في أكتوبر خلال اجتماعه المقرر (الأحد) القادم.
وتترقب الأسواق صدور بيانات المخزونات الأسبوعية الرسمية من إدارة معلومات الطاقة في وقت لاحق اليوم، متأخرة عن موعدها المعتاد بسبب العطلة التي شهدتها الولايات المتحدة الإثنين الماضي.
يأتي ذلك بعدما أظهرت تقديرات معهد البترول الأمريكي ارتفاع مخزونات النفط الخام 622 ألف برميل خلال الأسبوع المنتهي في 29 أغسطس.

Oil prices have increased losses during today's trading (Thursday), ahead of the release of U.S. inventory data and in anticipation of the "OPEC Plus" meeting this weekend.
Brent crude oil futures for November delivery fell by 1.04% or 70 cents to $66.90 per barrel.
Similarly, U.S. West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil futures for October delivery dropped by 1.04% or 69 cents to $63.28 per barrel.
According to media agencies citing informed sources, the "OPEC Plus" alliance intends to discuss increasing oil production in October during its scheduled meeting next Sunday.
Markets are awaiting the release of the official weekly inventory data from the Energy Information Administration later today, which is delayed from its usual schedule due to the holiday observed in the United States last Monday.
This comes after the American Petroleum Institute reported an increase in crude oil inventories by 622,000 barrels for the week ending August 29.
