أعلن برنامج «سكني» أن المعروض العقاري تجاوز 248 ألف وحدة عقارية للبيع على الخارطة.
وأضاف البرنامج أنه سجّل أكثر من 580 ألف عملية حجز لمشاريع البيع على الخارطة ضمن مناطق المملكة، شملت 623 مشروعًا سكنيًا متنوعًا من حيث التصاميم والمساحات والخدمات.
وأكد وزير البلديات والإسكان ماجد الحقيل، أن هذه الأرقام تجسد قوة الشراكة مع القطاع الخاص، وتواكب مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 في تمكين الأسر السعودية من التملك، وتوفير خيارات سكنية متنوعة تتناسب مع احتياجاتهم.
وكان وزير البلديات والإسكان، ماجد الحقيل، قد صرّح في لقاء مع أرقام في وقت سابق من العام الحالي، بأن البيع على الخارطة ساهم في تنظيم السوق العقارية، وأن الوزارة تستهدف ضخ 20 ألف وحدة سكنية هذا العام بأسعار تقل عن 450 ألف ريال، كما تخطط بالتعاون مع القطاع الخاص لضخ 140 ألف وحدة سكنية، بمتوسط أسعار يقل عن 850 ألف ريال في المدن الرئيسية.

The "Sakani" program announced that the real estate offerings have exceeded 248,000 units available for sale off-plan.
The program added that it has recorded more than 580,000 reservation transactions for off-plan sales projects within the Kingdom's regions, which included 623 diverse residential projects in terms of designs, areas, and services.
Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Majid Al-Hoqail confirmed that these figures reflect the strength of the partnership with the private sector and align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 in enabling Saudi families to own homes and providing diverse housing options that meet their needs.
Earlier this year, Minister Al-Hoqail stated in an interview with Argaam that off-plan sales have contributed to organizing the real estate market, and that the ministry aims to deliver 20,000 housing units this year at prices below 450,000 riyals. Additionally, it plans, in collaboration with the private sector, to deliver 140,000 housing units with average prices below 850,000 riyals in major cities.
