كشف بيان مشترك أمريكي أوروبي اليوم (الخميس) عن تفاصيل اتفاق تجاري تم التوصل إليه بين بروكسل وواشنطن.
بموجب الاتفاق، ستخضع صادرات السيارات والمنتجات الصيدلانية من الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى الولايات المتحدة لرسوم جمركية نسبتها 15%.
وقال المفوض التجاري في الاتحاد الأوروبي ماروس سيفكوفيتش «إنه اتفاق جديّ واستراتيجي وندعمه بالكامل. تستفيد (منه) مجموعة واسعة من القطاعات بما فيها الصناعات الاستراتيجية مثل السيارات والمنتجات الصيدلانية وأشباه الموصلات والخشب»، وفق وكالة (أ ف ب).
وبحسب البيت الأبيض، فإن الاتحاد الأوروبي سيقوم بإلغاء الرسوم عن كافة المنتجات الصناعية الأميركية، وسيوفر معاملة تفضيلية للمنتجات الزراعية الأميركية.
وأضاف البيت الأبيض، أن الولايات المتحدة تعتزم ضمان ألا تتجاوز نسبة التعريفة المطبقة على السلع الأوروبية الأصلية في قطاعات الأدوية وأشباه الموصلات والأخشاب 15%.
وأكد أن سقف الرسوم على أوروبا سيكون 15% أو معدل الدول الأكثر تفضيلا.
وتوصلت الولايات المتحدة والاتحاد الأوروبي إلى اتفاق تجاري جديد في أواخر شهر يوليو، يقضي بفرض رسوم جمركية بنسبة 15% على غالبية الصادرات الأوروبية إلى الأسواق الأميركية، وتم الإعلان المشترك عن الاتفاق خلال لقاء بين ترامب ورئيسة المفوضية الأوروبية أورسولا فون دير لاين في اسكتلندا.

A joint American-European statement revealed today (Thursday) details of a trade agreement reached between Brussels and Washington.
Under the agreement, exports of cars and pharmaceutical products from the European Union to the United States will be subject to a 15% tariff.
European Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic stated, "It is a serious and strategic agreement, and we fully support it. A wide range of sectors will benefit from it, including strategic industries such as cars, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, and wood," according to the AFP agency.
According to the White House, the European Union will eliminate tariffs on all American industrial products and will provide preferential treatment for American agricultural products.
The White House added that the United States intends to ensure that the tariff rate applied to original European goods in the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and wood sectors does not exceed 15%.
It confirmed that the cap on tariffs for Europe will be 15% or the most favored nation rate.
