ورداً على سؤال بشأن القيود التي تفرضها الصين على صادرات المعادن الأرضية النادرة، قال متحدث التجارة: «إن تدابير ضبط الصادرات الصينية تتماشى مع القانون»، وفقاً لـ«بلومبيرغ».
وأضاف هي يونج أن الصين تنفذ بصرامة التزاماتها بموجب الاتفاق في الآراء الذي تم التوصل إليه في محادثات التجارة في جنيف، ولكن تدابير واشنطن الأخيرة انتهكته، وفقاً لوكالة الأنباء الألمانية (د ب أ).
يذكر أن الولايات المتحدة رفعت أمس (الأربعاء) الرسوم الجمركية التي تفرضها على منتجات الصلب والألومنيوم التي تستوردها من 25 إلى 50% تنفيذاً لقرار أعلنه الرئيس دونالد ترمب.

The spokesperson for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, He Yongqing, announced that the new U.S. tariffs on steel and aluminum imports will severely disrupt the stability of the global industrial chain.
In response to a question regarding China's restrictions on rare earth metal exports, the trade spokesperson stated, "China's export control measures are in line with the law," according to Bloomberg.
He Yongqing added that China is strictly fulfilling its commitments under the consensus reached during trade talks in Geneva, but Washington's recent measures have violated it, according to the German news agency (dpa).
It is worth noting that the United States raised the tariffs it imposes on steel and aluminum products imported from 25% to 50% yesterday (Wednesday) in accordance with a decision announced by President Donald Trump.
