اتفقت باكستان وتركيا على بروتوكول مشترك يهدف إلى تكثيف العمل على تعزيز العلاقات في مختلف المجالات، خاصة في مجالات الاقتصاد والتجارة والسياحة.
جاء ذلك خلال اجتماع اللجنة الوزارية المشتركة الباكستانية التركية، الذي انعقد اليوم في إسلام آباد على مستوى وفدي البلدين.
وأوضح وزير التجارة الباكستاني جام كمال خان في تصريح صحفي عقب الاجتماع، أن هذا البروتوكول يعد خارطة طريق تعكس الرغبة الجماعية في تحويل الروابط إلى نتائج اقتصادية.
وأشار إلى أن البلدين يعدان شريكين في التجارة والاستثمار، ويوليان اهتمامًا خاصًا لتسريع تنفيذ اتفاقية تجارة السلع بين باكستان وتركيا.
وأضاف خان: «إسلام آباد على استعداد لتقديم كل الدعم الممكن للمستثمرين الأتراك في المناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة والقطاعات ذات الأولوية، ويمكن للبلدين سوياً فتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون التجاري والاستثماري والصناعي».
إمكانات التعاون
وسلط وزير التجارة الباكستاني، الضوء على إمكانات التعاون في قطاع الطاقة والنفط والغاز، مشيرا إلى أن التعاون في مجال الدفاع كان علامة مميزة للعلاقات بين باكستان وتركيا منذ فترة طويلة، كما أكد وجود مجال كبير للمبادرات الثنائية في مجالات الإنتاج المشترك ونقل التكنولوجيا وبناء القدرات.
ونوه إلى أن المبادرات المشتركة في مجالات القيمة المضافة ومعالجة الأغذية وإدارة الثروة الحيوانية ومصايد الأسماك، لن تعمل على تعزيز التجارة في البلاد فحسب، بل ستضمن أيضاً توفير إمدادات غذائية بأسعار معقولة للمواطنين، موضحاً أن باكستان وتركيا اتفقتا أيضاً على تعزيز التعاون في مجالات حركة العمال والإعلام والثقافة والسياحة.

Pakistan and Turkey have agreed on a joint protocol aimed at intensifying efforts to enhance relations in various fields, especially in the areas of economy, trade, and tourism.
This came during the meeting of the Pakistan-Turkey Joint Ministerial Committee, which was held today in Islamabad at the level of delegations from both countries.
Pakistan's Minister of Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan, stated in a press statement following the meeting that this protocol serves as a roadmap reflecting the collective desire to transform ties into economic outcomes.
He pointed out that the two countries are partners in trade and investment, and they are giving special attention to accelerating the implementation of the Goods Trade Agreement between Pakistan and Turkey.
Khan added: “Islamabad is ready to provide all possible support to Turkish investors in special economic zones and priority sectors, and the two countries together can open new horizons for trade, investment, and industrial cooperation.”
Cooperation Potential
The Pakistani Minister of Commerce highlighted the potential for cooperation in the energy, oil, and gas sectors, noting that defense cooperation has been a hallmark of relations between Pakistan and Turkey for a long time. He also emphasized the significant scope for bilateral initiatives in areas such as joint production, technology transfer, and capacity building.
He noted that joint initiatives in areas of value addition, food processing, livestock management, and fisheries will not only enhance trade in the country but will also ensure the provision of affordable food supplies for citizens, explaining that Pakistan and Turkey have also agreed to strengthen cooperation in the fields of labor movement, media, culture, and tourism.
