أعلن وزير الصناعة والتجارة الروسي أنطون أليخانوف أن حجم التبادل التجاري بين روسيا والسعودية ارتفع أكثر من 60% في عام 2024، ليصل إلى 3.8 مليار دولار.
وقال أليخانوف خلال منتدى الأعمال «الحوار الصناعي: روسيا - السعودية» ضمن فعاليات معرض «إينوبروم 2025»: «بحسب نتائج العام الماضي، ارتفع حجم التبادل التجاري أكثر من 60%، متجاوزاً 3.8 مليار دولار. وفي الربع الأول من هذا العام ازدادت وتيرة النمو بشكل أكبر، لقد حققنا زيادة في حجم التبادل التجاري بمقدار 4 أضعاف مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي».
وأضاف: «لمواصلة هذه الديناميكية يتعين على البلدين إيجاد نقاط نمو جديدة لتعزيز التعاون التكنولوجي من خلال الجهود المشتركة. ومن بين المجالات التي تعمل فيها روسيا والمملكة العربية السعودية والتي يمكنهما تطويرها معاً»، مشيراً إلى صناعات بناء السفن، والمعادن، والأدوية، وغيرها.
ونوه الوزير إلى أن لدى الطرفين «مشروعاً وطنياً منفصلاً يتعلق بتصنيع الأدوات الآلية، وأتمتة عمليات الإنتاج، واستخدام الروبوتات. وبشكل عام، نولي اهتماماً كبيراً للتحول الرقمي للصناعة، وإدخال مبادئ الإنتاج المرن والآلي، وفي جميع هذه المجالات لدينا كفاءات جيدة وتطويرات، ومشاريع محددة يمكن تنفيذها بشكل مشترك».
وحول صناعة معدات النفط والغاز، ذكر أليخانوف أنه تم إنشاء معهد مبادرات تكنولوجيا النفط والغاز قبل عدة سنوات، الذي يعمل الآن بتعاون وثيق مع شركات النفط الأجنبية، وأضاف: «نود دعوة شركائنا السعوديين للانضمام أيضاً إلى هذا العمل على تطوير وتطبيق معايير مستقلة عن معهد البترول الأمريكي في هذه الصناعة».
وذكر الوزير أن البلدين يتمتعان أيضاً بإمكانيات كبيرة للتعاون في صناعة التعدين. على سبيل المثال، يمكن لروسيا أن تزود شركاءها من المملكة العربية السعودية بمعدات التعدين وتخصيب الخام.
يذكر أن معرض «إنوبروم-2025» يقام في يكاترينبورغ من 7 إلى 10 يوليو الجاري، تحت شعار «الريادة التكنولوجية: الاختراق الصناعي». والسعودية هي الدولة الشريكة للمعرض، ويتيح المعرض لممثلي الشركات الروسية عقد اجتماعات مع ممثلي التجارة الروسية في 37 دولة أجنبية في مركز تبادل المعلومات.

Russian Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alekhanov announced that the volume of trade between Russia and Saudi Arabia increased by more than 60% in 2024, reaching $3.8 billion.
During the business forum "Industrial Dialogue: Russia - Saudi Arabia" as part of the "Innoprom 2025" exhibition, Alekhanov stated: "According to last year's results, the volume of trade increased by more than 60%, exceeding $3.8 billion. In the first quarter of this year, the pace of growth has accelerated even more; we achieved a fourfold increase in trade volume compared to the same period last year."
He added: "To continue this momentum, the two countries need to find new growth points to enhance technological cooperation through joint efforts. Among the areas where Russia and Saudi Arabia are working and can develop together," he pointed to shipbuilding, metals, pharmaceuticals, and others.
The minister noted that the two sides have "a separate national project related to the manufacturing of machine tools, automating production processes, and using robotics. In general, we pay great attention to the digital transformation of industry, and the introduction of flexible and automated production principles, and in all these areas, we have good competencies and developments, as well as specific projects that can be implemented jointly."
Regarding the oil and gas equipment industry, Alekhanov mentioned that an Oil and Gas Technology Initiatives Institute was established several years ago, which now works closely with foreign oil companies. He added: "We would like to invite our Saudi partners to also join this work on developing and applying standards independent of the American Petroleum Institute in this industry."
The minister stated that the two countries also have significant potential for cooperation in the mining industry. For example, Russia can supply its partners in Saudi Arabia with mining equipment and ore enrichment.
It is worth mentioning that the "Innoprom-2025" exhibition is being held in Yekaterinburg from July 7 to 10 under the theme "Technological Leadership: Industrial Breakthrough." Saudi Arabia is the partner country of the exhibition, which allows representatives of Russian companies to hold meetings with representatives of Russian trade in 37 foreign countries at the information exchange center.
