في واحدة من أبشع الجرائم الأسرية التي هزت الوجدان العام في مصر، تحولت ليلة هادئة داخل منزل ريفي بمحافظة الشرقية إلى مسرح لجريمة قتل مروعة، بعدما أقدمت سيدة ستينية على التخلص من زوجها البالغ من العمر 65 عاماً بطريقة وحشية وصفتها النيابة العامة المصرية بأنها «أُعدت بعناية فائقة»، متبعةً أساليب صادمة لطمس معالم فعلتها.
واستعرضت النيابة المصرية أمام محكمة جنايات الزقازيق تفاصيل مرعبة تؤكد أن المتهمة لم تكن تحت تأثير غضب عابر، بل بيتت النية وعقدت العزم تماماً على إنهاء حياة زوجها بعد سنوات من الخلافات المستمرة.
وبحسب أوراق القضية، جرت الجريمة وفق السيناريو الدموي التالي:
- الأداة المباغتة: احتفظت الزوجة بحجر أسمنتي ثقيل داخل المنزل وترقبت اللحظة المناسبة.
- الضربات القاتلة: استغلت استغراق زوجها في النوم وتسللت إلى غرفته، ثم انهالت عليه بضربات قوية ومتتالية استهدفت رأسه مباشرة، وهو عاجز تماماً عن المقاومة أو الدفاع عن نفسه، حتى فارق الحياة.
ولم تكتفِ الزوجة بالتأكد من موت زوجها، بل قامت بفعل أشد صدمة، إذ سارعت بدم بارد إلى إشعال النيران في ملابسه وإلقائها فوق جسده الممدد على السرير، بهدف حرق الجثة وإخفاء آثار الضربات القاتلة الناتجة عن الحجر الأسمنتي لإرباك رجال الأمن والمحققين.
ولاستكمال خطتها واستبعاد الشبهات عنها، اختلقت رواية درامية، إذ بدأت بالصراخ والاستغاثة مدعية أمام الأهالي والشرطة أن مجموعة من الأشخاص الملثمين اقتحموا المنزل، واعتدوا على زوجها بوحشية قبل أن يشعلوا النار في المكان ويهربوا.
لكن التحريات الأمنية المكثفة كشفت سريعاً كذب هذه الرواية لوجود تناقضات صارخة فيها، وباعتبارها الشخص الوحيد الذي كان متواجداً برفقة الضحية وقت الحادثة، مما أدى إلى اعتقالها ومواجهتها بالحقائق.
وخلال جلسات المحاكمة، قررت المحكمة إيداع المتهمة مستشفى الأمراض النفسية بالعباسية لمدة 45 يوماً تحت الملاحظة، لبيان مدى سلامة قواها العقلية والنفسية وقت ارتكاب الواقعة، بناءً على طلب هيئة الدفاع، لتظل القضية معلقة بانتظار التقارير الطبية لحسم مصير السيدة التي أنهت حياة شريك عمرها بحجر ونيران.
In one of the most heinous family crimes that shook public sentiment in Egypt, a quiet night inside a rural home in Sharqia Governorate turned into a scene of a horrific murder, after a woman in her sixties brutally disposed of her 65-year-old husband in a manner described by the Egyptian Public Prosecution as "carefully planned," employing shocking methods to erase the traces of her act.
The Egyptian prosecution presented terrifying details before the Zagazig Criminal Court, confirming that the accused was not under the influence of a fleeting anger, but had premeditated and firmly resolved to end her husband's life after years of ongoing disputes.
According to the case documents, the crime unfolded according to the following bloody scenario:
- The surprise weapon: The wife kept a heavy concrete block inside the house and awaited the right moment.
- The fatal blows: She took advantage of her husband being deep asleep and sneaked into his room, then rained down powerful and successive blows directly targeting his head, while he was completely unable to resist or defend himself, until he passed away.
Not content with ensuring her husband's death, the wife committed an even more shocking act, as she coldly rushed to set fire to his clothes and throw them over his body lying on the bed, with the aim of burning the corpse and concealing the traces of the fatal blows caused by the concrete block to confuse security personnel and investigators.
To complete her plan and eliminate suspicions against her, she fabricated a dramatic story, as she began to scream and plead, claiming to the locals and police that a group of masked individuals had stormed the house, brutally attacked her husband before setting the place on fire and fleeing.
However, intensive security investigations quickly revealed the falsehood of this story due to glaring contradictions within it, considering she was the only person present with the victim at the time of the incident, which led to her arrest and confrontation with the facts.
During the trial sessions, the court decided to place the accused in a psychiatric hospital in Abbassia for 45 days under observation, to determine the state of her mental and psychological faculties at the time of the incident, based on the defense's request, leaving the case pending while awaiting medical reports to determine the fate of the woman who ended the life of her lifelong partner with a stone and fire.
