تعيش الفنانة المصرية آلاء سنان أزمة حادة بعدما كشفت عن تعرضها لـ(التحرُّش) اللفظي والسب والقذف والتهديد بالاغتصاب من شخص مجهول، قبل أن تتفاجأ بحصوله على حكم غيابي بالبراءة رغم لجوئها إلى المسار القانوني.
وقالت سنان عبر حسابها على (فيسبوك) إنها «تلقت اتصالات ورسائل مسيئة من شخص يدعى أحمد عبد السلام عبد اللطيف شحاتة وفق بيانات النيابة العامة»، مؤكدةً أنها حررت محضرًا وأرفقت كل الرسائل، بينها رسالة تهديد صريحة بالاغتصاب عبر (واتساب).
وأضافت أن الواقعة تعود إلى ستة أشهر، وأنها فضّلت الصمت حينها احترامًا للإجراءات القانونية، لكنها فوجئت بصدور حكم بالبراءة يوم وقفة عيد الأضحى، مشيرة إلى أن حيثيات الحكم تجاهلت رسالة التهديد بالاغتصاب المكتوبة بالإنجليزية، واكتفت برسالة أخرى مقتضبة بالعربية.
وأوضحت الفنانة أن محاولاتها الأولى لتحرير محضر قوبلت بالرفض، وأنها واجهت «مهازل» -على حد وصفها- خلال متابعة القضية، قبل أن تتسلم حيثيات الحكم التي دفعتها إلى الاستئناف أملاً في استعادة حقها عند إعادة نظر القضية.
وتطالب سنان بإنصافها قانونيًا، مؤكدةً أنها لن تتراجع عن حقها في مواجهة ما تعرضت له من تحرش وتهديدات خطيرة.
The Egyptian artist Alaa Sinan is experiencing a severe crisis after revealing that she was subjected to verbal (harassment), insults, slander, and threats of rape from an unknown person, only to be surprised by a default judgment of acquittal despite resorting to legal action.
Sinan stated on her (Facebook) account that she "received abusive calls and messages from a person named Ahmed Abdel Salam Abdel Latif Shehata according to the public prosecution's data," confirming that she filed a report and attached all the messages, including a clear threat of rape via (WhatsApp).
She added that the incident dates back six months, and she preferred to remain silent at the time out of respect for legal procedures, but was shocked by the issuance of the acquittal judgment on the day of the Arafah, noting that the reasoning of the judgment ignored the threat of rape message written in English and only referenced another brief message in Arabic.
The artist explained that her initial attempts to file a report were met with rejection, and she faced "absurdities" - as she described them - while following up on the case, before receiving the reasoning of the judgment that prompted her to appeal in hopes of regaining her rights when the case is reconsidered.
Sinan is demanding legal redress, asserting that she will not back down from her right to confront what she has endured in terms of harassment and serious threats.
