حصلت نظارة (راي بان ميتا) الذكية على نسخة فاخرة جديدة بعد أن كشفت علامة (كافيار) المتخصصة في تصميم الإصدارات الراقية للأجهزة الإلكترونية عن نموذج مطلي بالذهب عيار 24 ومزوّد بحافظة مصنوعة من جلد التمساح، ليصل سعر الإصدار إلى 6,840 دولارًا. وفق تقرير نشره موقع Digital Trends واطلعت عليه (العربية Business).
ويأتي هذا الإصدار المحدود، الذي يحمل اسم Odyssey، في إطار توجه الشركة نحو تحويل المنتجات التقنية الحديثة إلى قطع فنية فاخرة تستهدف شريحة الباحثين عن الحصرية والترف.
ورغم أن نظارات الذكاء الاصطناعي بدأت تشق طريقها تدريجيًا إلى الأسواق الرئيسية مع استثمارات متواصلة من شركات مثل (ميتا) و(قوقل) و(أبل)، فإن (كافيار) لا تسعى إلى تحسين قدرات النظارة التقنية، بل تراهن على القيمة الفنية والمواد الثمينة التي تميز منتجاتها، مقدمة نسخة تفوق سعر المنتج القياسي بنحو عشرة أضعاف. ويأتي هذا النهج امتدادًا لاستراتيجية الشركة التي طبقتها سابقًا، قبل أن تنتقل اليوم إلى عالم النظارات الذكية بوصفه مساحة جديدة لإضافة لمساتها الفاخرة.
The (Ray-Ban Meta) smart glasses have received a new luxury edition after the brand (Caviar), specialized in designing high-end versions of electronic devices, unveiled a model coated in 24-karat gold and equipped with a crocodile leather case, bringing the price of the edition to $6,840, according to a report published by Digital Trends and seen by (Al Arabiya Business).
This limited edition, named Odyssey, is part of the company's trend towards transforming modern technological products into luxurious art pieces targeting those seeking exclusivity and luxury.
Although artificial intelligence glasses are gradually making their way into mainstream markets with ongoing investments from companies like (Meta), (Google), and (Apple), (Caviar) is not looking to enhance the technical capabilities of the glasses; instead, it bets on the artistic value and precious materials that distinguish its products, offering a version that exceeds the standard product price by about ten times. This approach is an extension of the company's strategy that it previously applied before moving today into the world of smart glasses as a new space to add its luxurious touches.
