كشف متعاملون أوروبيون اليوم، أن الديوان الجزائري المهني للحبوب طرح مناقصة دولية لشراء قمح الطحين اللين من مناشئ خيارية.
وطلبت الجزائر كمية اسمية بلغت 50 ألف طن، لكنها عادة ما تشتري في مناقصاتها كميات تفوق بكثير الكمية الاسمية المطلوبة.
وسيكون آخر موعد لتقديم عروض الأسعار في المناقصة هو يوم الثلاثاء 23 سبتمبر الجاري، على أن تبقى العروض سارية حتى الأربعاء 24 من الشهر نفسه.
والقمح مطلوب للشحن على فترتين من مناطق التوريد الرئيسية، ومنها أوروبا، من أول نوفمبر القادم حتى 15 منه، ومن 16 حتى 30 من الشهر نفسه. وفي حال كان مصدره من أمريكا الجنوبية أو أستراليا، يُشحن قبل ذلك بشهر.
مناقصة دولية
وكان متعاملون أعلنوا في يوليو الماضي، أن الديوان الجزائري المهني للحبوب اشترى نحو مليون طن من قمح الطحين في مناقصة دولية.
وأضافوا أن التقارير الأولية تشير إلى أن السعر يراوح بين 253 و255 و257 دولاراً للطن شاملاً التكلفة والشحن.
والجزائر مستورد رئيسي للقمح من الاتحاد الأوروبي، وخصوصاً فرنسا، غير أن روسيا وغيرها من الدول المصدرة من منطقة البحر الأسود تتوسع بقوة في السوق الجزائرية.
European traders revealed today that the Algerian Professional Office of Cereals has issued an international tender to purchase soft wheat from optional origins.
Algeria requested a nominal quantity of 50,000 tons, but it usually purchases quantities that far exceed the nominal amount required in its tenders.
The deadline for submitting bids in the tender is Tuesday, September 23, with offers remaining valid until Wednesday, the 24th of the same month.
The wheat is required to be shipped in two periods from the main supply areas, including Europe, from November 1 to the 15, and from the 16th to the 30th of the same month. If sourced from South America or Australia, it should be shipped a month earlier.
International Tender
Traders announced last July that the Algerian Professional Office of Cereals purchased about one million tons of soft wheat in an international tender.
They added that preliminary reports indicate that the price ranges between $253 and $255 and $257 per ton, including costs and shipping.
Algeria is a major importer of wheat from the European Union, particularly France, but Russia and other exporting countries from the Black Sea region are expanding strongly in the Algerian market.
