أغلقت مؤشرات البورصة المصرية تعاملاتها على تباين. وربح رأس المال السوقي لأسهم الشركات المقيدة في البورصة في نهاية التعاملات نحو 12 مليار جنيه ليبلغ مستوى 2.520 تريليون جنيه، وسط تعاملات كلية بلغت نحو 43.19 مليار جنيه، وبلغت تعاملات سوق الأسهم نحو 4.6 مليار جنيه.
وارتفع المؤشر الرئيس للبورصة إيجي إكس 30 بنسبة 0.15% ليصل إلى مستوى 35165.84 نقطة، فيما تراجع مؤشر الأسهم الصغيرة والمتوسطة إيجي إكس 70 بنسبة 0.5% ليبلغ 10868.68 نقطة، وانخفض مؤشر إيجي إكس 100 بنسبة 0.5% ليبلغ مستوى 14348.68 نقطة.
وكانت مؤشرات البورصة المصرية قد أغلقت أمس تعاملاتها على ارتفاع. وربح رأس المال السوقي لأسهم الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة بنهاية التعاملات نحو 21 مليار جنيه ليبلغ مستوى 2.508 تريليون جنيه، وسط تعاملات كلية بلغت نحو 17.4 مليار جنيه، وبلغت تعاملات سوق الأسهم نحو 4 مليارات جنيه.
أحكام قضائية
ارتفع المؤشر الرئيسي للبورصة المصرية إيجي إكس 30 بنسبة 0.5% ليصل إلى مستوى 35111.82 نقطة، كما زاد مؤشر الأسهم الصغيرة والمتوسطة إيجي إكس 70 بنسبة 0.12% ليبلغ 10923.58 نقطة، فيما صعد مؤشر إيجي إكس 100 الأوسع نطاقاً بنحو 0.21% ليبلغ مستوى 14420.39 نقطة.
من ناحية أخرى، أعلنت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية في مصر صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية ضد 13 شخصاً في 9 قضايا لارتكابهم مخالفات وتلاعبات في البورصة المصرية ونشر أخبار وإعلانات مضللة.
غرامات مفروضة
وبلغ إجمالي الغرامات المفروضة على المدانين في القضايا الـ9 نحو 41 مليون جنيه، إضافة إلى حكم بالحبس، في خطوة تاريخية وغير مسبوقة تهدف إلى تعزيز الشفافية والمساءلة وحماية المستثمرين.
والشركات المعاقبة يختلف نشاطها بين القطاع العقاري والسمسرة والأوراق المالية، وواجه أصحابها تهم نشر أخبار وبيانات كاذبة ومضللة وخداع المستثمرين وتضليلهم والتلاعب بسعر الأسهم لتحقيق منافع شخصية وإدارة المحافظ المالية دون ترخيص، حسبما نشر الموقع الرسمي للهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية.

Judicial Rulings
The main index of the Egyptian stock exchange, EGX 30, rose by 0.5% to reach 35,111.82 points, while the small and medium-sized stocks index, EGX 70, increased by 0.12% to 10,923.58 points, and the broader EGX 100 index rose by about 0.21% to reach 14,420.39 points.
On another note, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority announced the issuance of final judicial rulings against 13 individuals in 9 cases for committing violations and manipulations in the Egyptian stock market and for publishing misleading news and advertisements.
Imposed Fines
The total fines imposed on those convicted in the 9 cases amounted to about 41 million pounds, in addition to a prison sentence, in a historic and unprecedented step aimed at enhancing transparency, accountability, and protecting investors.
The penalized companies operate in various sectors, including real estate, brokerage, and securities, and their owners faced charges of publishing false and misleading news and data, deceiving and misleading investors, and manipulating stock prices for personal gain, as well as managing financial portfolios without a license, according to the official website of the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority.
