أعلن وزير المالية المصري أحمد كجوك، أن الأوضاع الاقتصادية في مصر تتحسن، ومعدل النمو والاستثمارات في تزايد، وسيتم إطلاق حزم تحفيزية جديدة للتصدير والصناعة وأسواق المال على أن يكون هذا العام استثنائياً.
وأشار إلى استعداد مصر لاستكمال برامجها بنجاح مع المؤسسات الدولية وصندوق النقد قبل نهاية العام الحالي ليكون عاماً استثنائيّاً جديداً.
وأوضح كجوك في مقابلة مع «العربية Business»، أن هذا التحسن انعكس على الأداء المالي للميزانية العامة للدولة، التي سجلت فائضاً أوليّاً استثنائيّاً بلغ 629 مليار جنيه يعادل 3.6% من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.
ونوه إلى نمو الإيرادات العامة للدولة بنسبة 35% خلال العام المالي 2024/2025، رغم تأثر الاقتصاد المصري بانخفاض إيرادات قناة السويس.
وذكر الوزير أنه يجري العمل لإطلاق حزم جديدة من الحوافز لتنشيط قطاعات التصدير والصناعة وأسواق المال، لافتاً بقوله: «نعمل مع هيئة الرقابة المالية والبورصة على مجموعة من الحوافز الجيدة لهذا القطاع».
ولفت إلى تنظيم مؤتمر صحفي قريباً للإعلان عن خطة تنشيط سوق المال. وأضاف الوزير: «الأمور تسير بشكل جيد من مؤسسات التمويل الدولية مثل صندوق النقد والاتحاد الأوروبي والبنك الدولي».

Egyptian Finance Minister Ahmed Kouchouk announced that the economic conditions in Egypt are improving, with growth rates and investments on the rise. New stimulus packages for exports, industry, and financial markets will be launched, making this year exceptional.
He indicated Egypt's readiness to successfully complete its programs with international institutions and the International Monetary Fund before the end of the current year, making it a new exceptional year.
Kouchouk explained in an interview with "Al Arabiya Business" that this improvement has reflected on the financial performance of the state’s general budget, which recorded an exceptional primary surplus of 629 billion pounds, equivalent to 3.6% of the gross domestic product.
He noted that public revenues of the state grew by 35% during the fiscal year 2024/2025, despite the impact of the decline in Suez Canal revenues on the Egyptian economy.
The minister mentioned that work is underway to launch new packages of incentives to stimulate the export, industry, and financial markets sectors, stating: "We are working with the Financial Regulatory Authority and the stock exchange on a set of good incentives for this sector."
He pointed out that a press conference will be organized soon to announce the plan to stimulate the financial market. The minister added: "Things are going well with international financing institutions such as the IMF, the European Union, and the World Bank."
