أعلن مجلس جهة «طنجة تطوان الحسيمة» في المغرب تخصيص مليار درهم لتطوير مشاريع طرق في الجهة ضمن برنامج يستمر حتى 2027، في إطار اتفاقية شراكة تجمع المجلس بوزارة التجهيز والنقل.
وقال المجلس إن المشروع يهدف إلى تحسين جودة شبكة الطرق في القرى، وتعزيز الجاذبية واستقطاب الاستثمارات وتقليص الفوارق الاجتماعية، من خلال تحسين الوصول إلى القرى وتعزيز الربط بين مختلف أقاليم ومدن الجهة.
وتحدد الاتفاقية الإطار المؤسسي لإنجاز وتقييم المشاريع، كما تحدد الجدول الزمني والتزامات الشركاء من الناحية المالية والتنظيمية والتقنية، مع ضمان توفير الإمكانات البشرية والمادية اللازمة لتنفيذ الأعمال، وفق موقع «العمق» المغربي.
وتتوزع الاستثمارات المحددة على ثلاثة محاور رئيسية، يشمل المحور الأول المشاريع المدرجة ضمن برنامج تقليص الفوارق الاجتماعية، بتمويل من مجلس الجهة يصل إلى 450 مليون درهم.
أما المحور الثاني، الذي تموله وزارة التجهيز والنقل بقيمة 106 ملايين درهم، فيتضمن تنفيذ عدد من مشاريع الطرق بإقليم العرائش وعمالة طنجة-أصيلة، بإجمالي أطوال يتجاوز 107 كيلومترات.
ويشمل المحور الثالث مشاريع تستهدف 39 منطقة موزعة على مختلف أقاليم جهة طنجة-تطوان-الحسيمة، بقيمة 444 مليون درهم، منها 250 مليون درهم مساهمة من مجلس الجهة.

The "Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima" regional council in Morocco announced the allocation of one billion dirhams to develop road projects in the region as part of a program that will continue until 2027, under a partnership agreement between the council and the Ministry of Equipment and Transport.
The council stated that the project aims to improve the quality of the road network in villages, enhance attractiveness and attract investments, and reduce social disparities by improving access to villages and strengthening connectivity between various regions and cities in the area.
The agreement outlines the institutional framework for implementing and evaluating projects, as well as defining the timeline and the financial, organizational, and technical commitments of the partners, ensuring the provision of the necessary human and material resources to carry out the work, according to the Moroccan website "Al-Omq".
The specified investments are distributed across three main axes, with the first axis including projects listed under the program to reduce social disparities, funded by the regional council with up to 450 million dirhams.
The second axis, funded by the Ministry of Equipment and Transport with a value of 106 million dirhams, includes the implementation of several road projects in the Larache province and the Tangier-Assilah prefecture, with a total length exceeding 107 kilometers.
