اتهمت الفنانة المصرية مروة نصر، موزعاً موسيقياً بالاستيلاء على أموال دفعتها له مقابل تنفيذ أغنية مشتركة بينهما.
لم يلتزم بالاتفاق
وأكدت نصر في منشور عبر حسابها الرسمي على «إنستغرام» بأن الموزع الموسيقي فهد لم يلتزم بالاتفاق المبرم بينهما، مشيرة إلى تحويلها مبلغاً مالياً إليه مقابل تنفيذ الأغنية، لكنه لم يسلمها العمل المتفق عليه.
وأضافت طالبني الموزع بدفع مبلغ مالي كبير مقابل إرسال الأغنية إلي، بعدما أخبرني بأنه أنفق المبلغ الذي تسلمه مني، ما دفعني لنشر تفاصيل الخلاف عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مرفقة منشورها بصورة من محادثة قالت إنها جمعتهما عبر أحد تطبيقات المراسلة.

وأوضحت مروة نصر أنها حاولت الوصول إلى حل للأزمة من خلال نقيب المهن الموسيقية في مصر الفنان مصطفى كامل، مطالبة إياه بالتدخل لمساعدتها في استعادة حقوقها المالية وإنهاء الخلاف مع الموزع الموسيقي.
وبحسب روايتها، أبلغها مصطفى كامل بأن فهد لا ينتمي إلى نقابة أو جهة موسيقية في مصر أو الكويت، وهو ما حد من قدرته على التدخل في الأزمة.
وعبرت مروة عن استيائها من تعثر محاولاتها لحل المشكلة، مؤكدة أنها عضو عامل في نقابة المهن الموسيقية، وأنها لن تتنازل عن حقوقها المالية أو تقبل، بحسب وصفها، ممارسة الضغوط عليها لدفع مبالغ إضافية، مؤكدة مواصلة السعي لاسترداد أموالها، ورفض إنهاء الخلاف دون الحصول على حقوقها، كما ادعت أن هناك فنانات أخريات تعرضن لمواقف مشابهة مع الموزع نفسه.
The Egyptian artist Marwa Nasr accused a music distributor of embezzling money she paid him for producing a joint song between them.
Did Not Adhere to the Agreement
Nasr confirmed in a post on her official Instagram account that the music distributor Fahd did not adhere to the agreement made between them, pointing out that she transferred a sum of money to him for producing the song, but he did not deliver the agreed work to her.
She added, "The distributor asked me to pay a large sum of money in exchange for sending the song to me, after he informed me that he spent the amount he received from me, which prompted me to publish the details of the dispute on social media, attaching her post with a screenshot of a conversation she claimed took place between them on a messaging app."
Mostafa Kamel
Marwa Nasr explained that she tried to reach a solution to the crisis through the head of the Musicians' Syndicate in Egypt, artist Mostafa Kamel, asking him to intervene to help her recover her financial rights and resolve the dispute with the music distributor.
According to her account, Mostafa Kamel informed her that Fahd does not belong to any syndicate or musical organization in Egypt or Kuwait, which limited his ability to intervene in the crisis.
Marwa expressed her frustration over the failure of her attempts to resolve the issue, confirming that she is an active member of the Musicians' Syndicate, and that she will not waive her financial rights or accept, as she described it, being pressured to pay additional amounts. She affirmed her continued efforts to recover her money and her refusal to end the dispute without obtaining her rights, also claiming that there are other female artists who have faced similar situations with the same distributor.
