قضت محكمة مصرية بقبول الاستئناف المقدم من مسؤول السوشيال ميديا السابق للفنانة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب على حكم تغريمه 50 ألف جنيه، وبراءته من الاستيلاء على حساباتها الإلكترونية والامتناع عن تسليم كلمات المرور الخاصة بها، كما رفضت الدعوى المدنية المقامة ضده.
الإحالة دون اتهام
وخلال الاستئناف، دفع محامي المتهم شريف حافظ، بخلو أمر الإحالة من الاتهام المنصوص عليه بالمادة 27 الخاصة بإدارة الحسابات الإلكترونية، مؤكدًا أنه لا يجوز معاقبة موكله عن نص قانوني لم تُحله به النيابة العامة. كما قدم الدفاع مستندات تفيد بأن موكله حرر محضراً رسمياً في 2025 أبدى فيه استعداده لتسليم كلمات المرور الخاصة بالحسابات إلى المطربة شيرين عبدالوهاب بشخصها أو لمن ينوب عنها بموجب توكيل خاص، إلا انها لم تستجب لذلك.
وأحالت النيابة العامة المتهم للمحاكمة الجنائية أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية في اتهامه بالاستيلاء على الصفحات الرسمية للفنانة شيرين عبدالوهاب على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وتقدم محامي الفنانة شيرين عبدالوهاب، في وقت سابق ببلاغات للنيابة العامة اتهم فيها شخصاً بالسيطرة على حسابات موكلته عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. وأكد المحامي في بلاغه أن موكلته لم توقع أي عقود بيع أو تنازل عن صفحاتها أو حساباتها الإلكترونية لأي جهة أو شخص.
An Egyptian court has accepted the appeal submitted by the former social media manager of Egyptian artist Sherine Abdel Wahab against a ruling that fined him 50,000 Egyptian pounds and acquitted him of seizing her electronic accounts and refusing to hand over her passwords. The civil lawsuit filed against him was also rejected.
Referral Without Charges
During the appeal, the defendant's lawyer, Sherif Hafiz, argued that the referral order lacked the charges stipulated in Article 27 concerning the management of electronic accounts, emphasizing that his client could not be punished for a legal text that the Public Prosecution did not refer to. The defense also presented documents indicating that his client had filed an official report in 2025 expressing his willingness to hand over the passwords for the accounts to the singer Sherine Abdel Wahab in person or to someone authorized by her through a special power of attorney, but she did not respond to this.
The Public Prosecution referred the defendant to criminal trial before the Economic Court, accusing him of seizing the official pages of artist Sherine Abdel Wahab on social media platforms.
Earlier, Sherine Abdel Wahab's lawyer filed reports with the Public Prosecution accusing an individual of taking control of his client's accounts on social media platforms. The lawyer confirmed in his report that his client did not sign any contracts for the sale or transfer of her pages or electronic accounts to any entity or person.
