ونشر عمر حسن يوسف عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «فيسبوك» رسالة استعاد فيها تفاصيل تجربته، موضحًا أنه مر بـ1095 يومًا من الوعي الكامل والحضور الذهني، مؤكدًا أن الهدف لم يكن مجرد الإقلاع عن العادات السابقة مثل تناول الكحول والمخدرات، بل الوصول إلى حياة أكثر اتزانًا واستقرارًا.

وأوضح في فيديو عبر «فيسبوك» أن بداياته الفنية جاءت بدعم من بعض صناع العمل، من بينهم المنتج محمد العدل، وليس عبر تدخل والده الفنان الراحل حسن يوسف، مشددًا على أن والده لم يتوسط له في أي عمل، وكان دائم النصح له بالتركيز على دراسته.
