تلقى الملازم أول رائد النشمي العنزي التهاني والتبريكات بمناسبة صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم بترقيته إلى رتبة «ملازم أول» في قطاع الخفجي بالمرافق البحرية في المنطقة الشرقية.
وعبّر العنزي عن اعتزازه بهذه الثقة الملكية، التي اعتبرها دافعاً لخدمة الدين ثم المليك والوطن.
