عاد الفنان المصري محمود حجازي للظهور الإعلامي مجددًا، بعد أن أُخلِي سبيله سابقًا بكفالة قدرها 50 ألف جنيه مصري، للرد على الاتهامات الموجهة إليه بالتحرش بفتاة أجنبية من أصل مصري داخل أحد الفنادق بالقاهرة.

أكد محمود حجازي في تصريحات صحفية محلية أنه لم يرتكب أي من الأفعال المنسوبة إليه، مشيرًا إلى أن ما يثار حوله مجرد حملات مسعورة تهدف إلى تشويه سمعته.

وأوضح حجازي أنه يتمتع بصحة جيدة وفي أفضل حال، وينتظر قرارات النيابة ليتمكن من مواجهة الجميع وكشف الحقيقة، معلقاً: «حقي سيعود لي، ولدي الكثير لأبوح به في الوقت المناسب».

وسبق، قررت جهات التحقيق إخلاء سبيل محمود حجازي بكفالة مالية قدرها 50 ألف جنيه مصري على ذمة القضية المتعلقة بالتعدي على فتاة داخل أحد الفنادق الشهيرة بمنطقة بولاق أبو العلا بالقاهرة.
أقوال المجني عليها
ومن جانبه، قالت المجني عليها، «ج. غ» في التحقيقات أنها تعرضت لصدمة نفسية عقب الحادث، ما دفعها للسفر مؤقتًا إلى النمسا للتعافي، قبل أن تعود إلى مصر لتقديم بلاغ رسمي وطلب الاطلاع على كاميرات المراقبة بالفندق.
كما أكدت أن الاعتداء وقع في غرفتها بالفندق، وأن المتهم دخل الغرفة تحت تأثير الكحول وقام بالتعدي عليها بالقوة، وفق أقوالها أمام النيابة.

Previously, the investigative authorities decided to release Mahmoud Hijazi on a financial bail of 50,000 Egyptian pounds in connection with the case involving the assault on a girl inside one of the famous hotels in the Boulaq Abu El-Ala area of Cairo.
Victim's Testimony
For her part, the victim, "J. G," stated in the investigations that she suffered a psychological shock following the incident, which prompted her to temporarily travel to Austria for recovery, before returning to Egypt to file an official complaint and request to view the hotel's surveillance cameras.
She also confirmed that the assault occurred in her hotel room, and that the accused entered the room under the influence of alcohol and assaulted her by force, according to her statements before the prosecutor.
