وافق أعضاء الجمعية العمومية بنقابة المهن التمثيلية المصرية بالإجماع على تغيير لائحة المهن التمثيلية.
لجنة تقييم وزيادة رواتب
وشملت قائمة اللوائح الجديدة، التي صوت عليها أعضاء الجمعية العمومية، تغيير شروط القيد للممثلين في الشعب المختلفة، وعرض الممثل على لجنة تقييم قبل حصوله على عضوية النقابة.
كما اشترطت النقابة أن يمتاز عضو النقابة بحسن السيرة والسلوك، وألزمت أن يكون العضو ممارساً للمهنة، إلى جانب زيادة الرواتب بالنقابة لتصبح 1100 جنيه.
تطوير العمل النقابي
وشهدت الجلسة، التي عقدت بحضور نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي، مناقشات حول أبرز بنود اللائحة المستهدف تعديلها، الأمر الذي لاقى مشاركة واسعة من الأعضاء الذين أكدوا أهمية هذه الخطوة في تطوير العمل النقابي وتنظيمه بما يواكب متطلبات المرحلة الحالية.
وأكد أعضاء الجمعية العمومية في ختام الجلسة النقاشية أن هذا القرار يمثل بداية مرحلة جديدة من العمل المؤسسي القائم على المشاركة الفعالة من جميع الأعضاء.
The members of the General Assembly of the Egyptian Actors Syndicate unanimously agreed to change the regulations of the acting professions.
Salary Evaluation and Increase Committee
The new regulations list, which was voted on by the members of the General Assembly, included changing the registration conditions for actors in different branches, and presenting the actor to an evaluation committee before obtaining membership in the syndicate.
The syndicate also stipulated that a member must have good conduct and behavior, and required that the member be actively practicing the profession, in addition to increasing the salaries in the syndicate to become 1100 Egyptian pounds.
Developing Union Work
The session, which was held in the presence of the head of the Actors Syndicate, Ashraf Zaki, witnessed discussions about the most important items of the regulations targeted for amendment, which received wide participation from the members who emphasized the importance of this step in developing and organizing union work to meet the current phase's requirements.
At the end of the discussion session, the members of the General Assembly confirmed that this decision represents the beginning of a new phase of institutional work based on the active participation of all members.
