أصدرت محكمة دبي الجزائية حكمًا ابتدائيًا في الدعوى التي رفعتها الانفلونسر والفنانة السورية بيسان إسماعيل ضد الانفلونسر والفنانة ميس دعاء، وقضت فيه لصالح المدعية بعد الاطلاع على المستندات والأدلة المقدمة في القضية.
غرامة وحذف منشورات
وتضمن الحكم فرض غرامة مالية على المدعى عليها، مع إلزامها بحذف جميع العبارات والمنشورات المسيئة من حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، إلى جانب منعها من استخدام هذه المنصات لمدة ثلاثة أشهر تبدأ من تاريخ صيرورة الحكم نهائيًا.
خلاف بسبب دعم فني
تعود بداية الخلاف بين بيسان إسماعيل وميس دعاء إلى موقف مرتبط بإحدى الجوائز الفنية، بعدما انسحبت بيسان من المنافسة في إحدى الفئات دعمًا لميس، لكنها فوجئت لاحقًا بدعوة الأخيرة جمهورها للتصويت لمرشح آخر، ما اعتبرته تصرفًا غير مُنصف وأثار استياءها.
ومع تصاعد التوتر، تبادل الطرفان رسائل ومقاطع عبر مواقع التواصل حملت انتقادات وسخرية غير مباشرة، ما أدى إلى تفاقم الخلاف وتحوله إلى قطيعة واضحة، بعد أن توقفت مظاهر الصداقة والتفاعل العلني بينهما.
The Dubai Criminal Court issued a preliminary ruling in the case brought by the Syrian influencer and artist Bisan Ismail against the influencer and artist Mais Dua, ruling in favor of the plaintiff after reviewing the documents and evidence presented in the case.
Fine and Deletion of Posts
The ruling included imposing a financial fine on the defendant, obliging her to delete all offensive phrases and posts from her accounts on social media, in addition to prohibiting her from using these platforms for three months starting from the date the ruling becomes final.
Dispute Over Artistic Support
The beginning of the dispute between Bisan Ismail and Mais Dua dates back to an incident related to an artistic award, after Bisan withdrew from the competition in one category to support Mais. However, she was later surprised when the latter invited her audience to vote for another candidate, which she considered an unfair act and it upset her.
As tensions escalated, both parties exchanged messages and clips on social media that contained indirect criticisms and mockery, leading to a worsening of the dispute and a clear break, after the signs of friendship and public interaction between them ceased.
