اعترف الإعلامي المصري عمرو أديب بهوسه وجنونه باقتناء ماركات معينة من الساعات السويسرية الفاخرة.
وقال خلال استضافته الدمية الشهيرة «أبلة فاهيتا» ضمن برنامجه «الحكاية»: «في مستهل مشواري الإعلامي كنت أعشق طرازاً معيناً من الساعات وأتمنى اقتناءه، وعندما حققت الشهرة والنجاح قررت تحقيق أحلامي القديمة».
وذكر أنه لا يضيف ساعات جديدة لمقتنياته القديمة كل فترة، وإنما يبيع ساعة قديمة ويستبدلها بأخرى جديدة، ومن هنا يظن الجمهور أن لديه ثروة ضخمة لأنهم يرونه طوال الوقت مرتدياً ساعة جديدة».
وأضاف مازحاً: «لو كان عندي ما يتصوره الناس، لافتتحت محلاً فوراً».
The Egyptian media personality Amr Adib admitted to his obsession and madness for acquiring certain brands of luxury Swiss watches.
He said during his hosting of the famous puppet "Abla Fahita" on his show "Al-Hekaya": "At the beginning of my media career, I was in love with a particular style of watches and wished to own one. When I achieved fame and success, I decided to fulfill my old dreams."
He mentioned that he does not add new watches to his old collection every now and then; rather, he sells an old watch and replaces it with a new one. This is why the audience thinks he has a huge fortune, as they see him wearing a new watch all the time.
He added jokingly: "If I had what people imagine, I would have opened a shop immediately."
