وتقدم المحامي أيمن محفوظ بإنذار رسمي إلى نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر، طالب فيه بشطب عضوية الفنان وإحالته للتحقيق، إلى جانب تعويض مالي قدره مليار جنيه، معتبرًا أن تلك التصريحات تحرض على عدم الإنجاب وتخالف القوانين والقيم المجتمعية.

من جانبه، أوضحت نقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر أنها تتابع الموقف بدقة، وستشكل لجنة تحقيق في الواقعة، مع التأكيد على احترامها لحرية التعبير وحرصها على صون القيم المجتمعية والقوانين المنظمة للمهنة.
كما أكدت النقابة أنها ستعلن نتائج التحقيق قريبًا، مشددة على التزامها بلوائحها ورفضها لأي ممارسات تسيء للسلم المجتمعي أو ثقة الجمهور في مؤسسات الدولة.

والأزمة بدأت، عندما نشر عباس أبو الحسن، منشوراً على حسابه الشخصي بـ«فيسبوك» أن من ينجب طفلًا عمدًا في هذا الزمن يُعد أنانيًا ويرتكب خطيئة كبرى، مشيرًا إلى أن الأب أو الأم يهتمون فقط بامتلاك الطفل وليس بحبه.
وتساءل عباس أبو الحسن في المنشور عن نوع الحياة والعالم الذي سيتركه له، قائلاً: «بأي حب هذا يجعلك تلقي به في هذا الشقاء؟ بأي حياة ستعده وأي عالم هذا الذي ستتركه فيه وترحل؟».

For its part, the Actors' Syndicate in Egypt clarified that it is closely monitoring the situation and will form an investigative committee regarding the incident, while emphasizing its respect for freedom of expression and its commitment to preserving societal values and the laws governing the profession.
The syndicate also confirmed that it will announce the results of the investigation soon, stressing its adherence to its regulations and its rejection of any practices that harm social peace or public trust in state institutions.

The crisis began when Abbas Abu Al-Hassan posted on his personal Facebook account that anyone who deliberately has a child in this era is considered selfish and commits a great sin, pointing out that the father or mother only cares about possessing the child and not about loving them.
Abbas Abu Al-Hassan questioned in the post the kind of life and world he would leave for the child, saying: "What kind of love makes you throw them into this misery? What kind of life will you prepare for them and what kind of world will you leave them in before you depart?"
