تقدم محامي الفنانة رحمة محسن ببلاغ إلى النائب العام اتهم فيه طليقها (أحمد.ف) بارتكاب جرائم الابتزاز والتهديد بنشر فيديوهات خاصة بهما صورها خلال فترة زواجهما دون علمها.
وأكد بأن موكلته فوجئت بقيام طليقها بتصويرها خلسة خلال العلاقة الزوجية، مستغلا ثقتها به، وبعد الانفصال بدأ في ابتزازها وتهديدها بنشر تلك المقاطع على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مطالبا إياها بدفع 3 ملايين جنيه مقابل عدم نشر هذه الفيديوهات أو إرسالها للأصدقاء والأقارب.
وأضاف: بعث المتهم رسائل عدة إلى موكلتي من أرقام خارج البلاد عبر تطبيق واتساب، تضمنت تهديدات ووعيدا وإصرارا على الحصول على المبلغ المالي المطلوب، وهذه التصرفات سببت لها ضررا نفسيا بالغا وتهديدا لسمعتها وحياتها الأسرية والفنية.
وطالبت رحمة في بلاغها النائب العام بفتح تحقيق عاجل في الواقعة، وإحالة المتهم إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، مع حفظ حقوقها القانونية.
وتقدم أحد المحامين ببلاغ ضد رحمة محسن إلى النائب العام اتهمها بالتحريض على الفسق والفجور ونشر مقاطع وصور خادشة للحياء العام عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
وجاء في البلاغ أن رحمة محسن تعمدت تصوير نفسها في أوضاع منافية للآداب العامة، ونشر تلك المقاطع على منصات إلكترونية منها تطبيق تليغرام، على حد نص البلاغ.
وفي السياق، بدأت الأجهزة الأمنية فحص مقاطع الفيديو والصور التي تم تداولها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، لتحديد هوية من يظهر بها وملابسات نشرها، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة في حال ثبوت صحتها.
The lawyer of the artist Rahma Mohsen submitted a report to the Attorney General accusing her ex-husband (Ahmed.F) of committing crimes of extortion and threatening to publish private videos of them that he filmed during their marriage without her knowledge.
He confirmed that his client was shocked to find her ex-husband secretly filming her during their marital relationship, exploiting her trust in him. After their separation, he began to extort her and threaten to publish those clips on social media, demanding 3 million Egyptian pounds in exchange for not publishing these videos or sending them to friends and relatives.
He added: The accused sent several messages to my client from numbers outside the country via WhatsApp, which included threats and a determination to obtain the demanded financial amount. These actions caused her severe psychological harm and posed a threat to her reputation and her family and artistic life.
Rahma requested in her report that the Attorney General open an urgent investigation into the incident and refer the accused to criminal trial, while preserving her legal rights.
One of the lawyers filed a report against Rahma Mohsen to the Attorney General, accusing her of inciting immorality and publishing indecent clips and images that violate public decency through social media.
The report stated that Rahma Mohsen intentionally filmed herself in situations contrary to public morals and published those clips on electronic platforms, including the Telegram app, according to the text of the report.
In this context, security agencies began examining the videos and images that were circulated on social media to identify the individuals appearing in them and the circumstances of their publication, and to take the necessary legal actions if their authenticity is confirmed.
