قدّمت الفنانة المصرية حورية فرغلي، شكوى رسمية بعد سرقة حساباتها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأوضحت مصادر مقربة من الفنانة المصرية، أنها ترغب باسترداد حساباتها الرسمية وتأمينها من أي محاولة للتشويه أو الإساءة. مشيرة إلى أن سارقي الحسابات شاركوا منشورات تُنسب إليها، تتضمن تصريحات لا تعكس آراءها الحقيقية، ما قد يعرضها للإدانة، مؤكدين أن حورية لن تتنازل عن بلاغها.
وكشفت حورية في تصريحات سابقة معاناتها الطويلة من جراء سرقة حساباتها على مواقع التواصل، إذ أكدت أن هذه الحسابات قد سُرِقت منذ 6 أعوام.
وذكرت أنها قررت اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية لاستعادة حساباتها المسروقة عن طريق القضاء، معتبرةً أن هذا هو السبيل الوحيد لحماية هويتها الرقمية، مُعبرة عن استيائها الشديد من استغلال اسمها عبر الحسابات المزيفة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
كما أشارت إلى أن هذه الحسابات قد تضر بسمعتها، ما قد يؤدي إلى نشر السارقين محتوى لا يتفق مع شخصيتها أو آرائها، وأكدت أنها ستواصل اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية ضد أولئك الذين يسرقون حساباتها وينشرون باسمها دون إذن.
The Egyptian artist Horia Farghaly has filed an official complaint after her social media accounts were stolen.
Sources close to the Egyptian artist explained that she wishes to recover her official accounts and secure them from any attempts at defamation or abuse. They pointed out that the account thieves have shared posts attributed to her, containing statements that do not reflect her true opinions, which could expose her to condemnation, emphasizing that Horia will not withdraw her complaint.
Horia revealed in previous statements her long suffering due to the theft of her social media accounts, confirming that these accounts were stolen six years ago.
She mentioned that she decided to take legal action to recover her stolen accounts through the courts, considering this the only way to protect her digital identity, expressing her deep dissatisfaction with the exploitation of her name through fake accounts on social media.
She also indicated that these accounts could harm her reputation, potentially leading to the thieves publishing content that does not align with her personality or opinions, and she confirmed that she will continue to take all legal measures against those who steal her accounts and publish in her name without permission.
