أعلن المنتج أحمد السبكي انطلاق تصوير أول مشاهد فيلم «شمشون ودليلة»، الذي يجمع في بطولته الفنان المصري أحمد العوضي والفنانة المصرية مي عمر، ومن إخراج رؤوف السيد.
وشارك السبكي جمهوره عبر حسابه على «إنستغرام» صورة من كواليس اليوم الأول للتصوير، ظهر فيها بطلا العمل، وعلّق قائلاً: «توكلنا على الله.. انطلاق تصوير فيلم شمشون ودليلة.. انتظرونا.. أحمد العوضي ومي عمر وإنتاج أحمد وكريم السبكي وإخراج رؤوف السيد».
وتجسد مي عمر في الفيلم شخصية «دليلة»، فيما يقدم أحمد العوضي دور «شمشون»، ليكون هذا التعاون الأول بينهما على الشاشة.

يعد فيلم «بضع ساعات في يوم ما» آخر أعمال مي عمر السينمائية، وهو مستوحى من رواية الكاتب محمد صادق الصادرة عام 2012، وتدور أحداثه في إطار اجتماعي رومانسي.
أما أحمد العوضي فيستعد حالياً لمسلسله الرمضاني الجديد بعنوان «علي كلاي»، بمشاركة درة، يارا السكري، سينتيا خليفة، عصام السقا وآخرين، والعمل من تأليف محمود حمدان وإخراج محمد عبدالسلام.

El Sobky shared with his audience on his Instagram account a photo from the behind-the-scenes of the first day of filming, featuring the film's lead actors, and commented: "We put our trust in God.. the filming of the movie Samson and Delilah has begun.. stay tuned.. Ahmed El Awadi and Mai Omar, produced by Ahmed and Karim El Sobky and directed by Raouf El Said."
Mai Omar plays the character "Delilah" in the film, while Ahmed El Awadi portrays "Samson," marking their first collaboration on screen.

The movie "A Few Hours in One Day" is the latest cinematic work of Mai Omar, inspired by the novel by writer Mohamed Sadek published in 2012, and its events unfold within a romantic social framework.
As for Ahmed El Awadi, he is currently preparing for his new Ramadan series titled "Ali Clay," featuring Dorra, Yara El Sokary, Cynthia Khalifa, Essam El Sakka, and others. The work is written by Mahmoud Hamdan and directed by Mohamed Abdel Salam.
