كشفت مصادر قضائية لبنانية توجيه 3 تهم إلى الفنان اللبناني فضل شاكر، عقب تسليمه نفسه للجيش اللبناني تمهيداً لمحاكمته أمام القضاء العسكري.
وأوضحت المصادر أن التهم تتضمن: «حمل السلاح»، و«إطلاق النار»، و«الاشتراك بتأليف جمعيات مسلحة للإخلال بالأمن الداخلي». وأشارت إلى أن فرص تبرئة شاكر «ممكنة إلى حد كبير»، إذ لم يُذكر اسمه خلال جلسات محاكمة الشيخ أحمد الأسير، والموقوفين في معركة عبرا بأنه شارك في القتال أو حرّض ضد الجيش اللبناني.
وأكدت المصادر أن الإفراج عن شاكر في الوقت الحالي «غير متوقع»، إذ ستُعاد المحاكمة من الصفر بعد تسليمه نفسه، ولن يصدر الحكم النهائي إلا بعد انتهاء جميع الإجراءات القانونية.
ويعتزم الفريق القانوني للفنان تقديم طلب عاجل إلى المحكمة العسكرية لتحديد موعد بدء جلسات المحاكمة الجديدة.
Lebanese judicial sources revealed that three charges have been brought against the Lebanese artist Fadel Shaker, following his surrender to the Lebanese army in preparation for his trial before the military judiciary.
The sources explained that the charges include: "carrying a weapon," "firing shots," and "participating in the formation of armed groups to disrupt internal security." They indicated that Shaker's chances of acquittal are "quite possible," as his name was not mentioned during the trial sessions of Sheikh Ahmad al-Assir and the detainees in the Abra battle as having participated in the fighting or incited against the Lebanese army.
The sources confirmed that Shaker's release at this time is "not expected," as the trial will start from scratch after his surrender, and the final verdict will not be issued until all legal procedures are completed.
The artist's legal team intends to submit an urgent request to the military court to set a date for the start of the new trial sessions.
