وثّقت كاميرا المراقبة في مدينة بورصة التركية لحظة مقتل محامية شابة بعد تعرضها لإطلاق نار من سيارة عابرة، على خلفية نزاع مالي مرتبط بدعوى قضائية بقيمة 5 ملايين ليرة تركية( 150 ألف دولار)، في حادثة هزّت الرأي العام.
رفض التنازل.. وبداية التهديد
كشفت المعلومات أن المحامية حاتجة كوجا إيفه رفعت دعوى نيابةً عن شقيقتها للمطالبة بمستحقات مالية تتعلق بصفقة «صناديق فواكه بلاستيكية» بقيمة 5 ملايين ليرة، بعد تعثر الطرف الآخر في السداد.
وبحسب التحقيقات، حاول المتهم الضغط على الشقيقتين لسحب الدعوى، إلا أنهما رفضتا، ما دفعه إلى توجيه تهديدات مباشرة لهما، وصلت إلى حد التلويح بإطلاق النار على أقدامهما.
إطلاق نار من مركبة عابرة
وقعت الجريمة عصر أمس في حي «آغاكوي» بمنطقة غورسو، حيث كانت الشقيقتان تسيران برفقة والدهما قرب مستودع زراعي، قبل أن تتوقف سيارة أمامهما ويُفتح النار بشكل مفاجئ.
وأظهر الفيديو المتداول لحظة مرور المركبة وإطلاق الرصاص منها، ما أدى إلى سقوط الشقيقتين أرضاً.
رصاصة قاتلة.. وإصابة خطرة
أسفر الهجوم عن إصابة الشقيقة الكبرى في الركبة، فيما تلقت المحامية رصاصة في الصدر أدت إلى إصابتها بجروح بالغة.
ورغم نقل المصابتين إلى المستشفى، فإن المحامية فارقت الحياة متأثرة بإصابتها، في حين تعرّضت شقيقتها لكسر في صابونة الركبة.
هروب المتهم.. وتحقيقات جارية
فرّ الجاني من موقع الحادث فور تنفيذ الهجوم، فيما باشرت السلطات الأمنية عمليات البحث عنه، وفتحت تحقيقاً لكشف ملابسات الجريمة ودوافعها.

Refusal to Withdraw.. And the Beginning of Threats
Information revealed that lawyer Hatice Koca İve filed a lawsuit on behalf of her sister to claim financial dues related to a deal involving "plastic fruit boxes" worth 5 million lira, after the other party defaulted on payment.
According to investigations, the accused tried to pressure the sisters to withdraw the lawsuit, but they refused, prompting him to issue direct threats against them, reaching the point of suggesting he would shoot at their feet.
Shooting from a Passing Vehicle
The crime occurred yesterday afternoon in the "Agakoy" neighborhood of the Gursu district, where the sisters were walking with their father near an agricultural warehouse, before a car stopped in front of them and opened fire unexpectedly.
The circulated video showed the moment the vehicle passed and gunfire erupted from it, causing the sisters to fall to the ground.
A Fatal Bullet.. And Serious Injury
The attack resulted in the older sister being shot in the knee, while the lawyer was hit by a bullet in the chest, causing her severe injuries.
Despite the injured being taken to the hospital, the lawyer succumbed to her injuries, while her sister suffered a fracture in her kneecap.
The Accused's Escape.. Ongoing Investigations
The perpetrator fled the scene immediately after carrying out the attack, while security authorities began search operations for him and opened an investigation to uncover the circumstances and motives of the crime.
