تحقق النيابة العامة مع الفنانة ليلى علوي في الدعوى التي تقدم بها الصحفي ريمون المصري واتهمها من خلالها بالاعتداء والتنمر.
وجاء في بلاغ المصري ضد علوي، أنها ساعدت شخصاً على الاعتداء عليه بدنياً أمام حشد من الصحفيين، خلال أداء مهمات عمله في تغطية فعاليات «مهرجان الإسكندرية السينمائي».
واتهم المصري علوي بالاستيلاء على هاتفه المحمول قسراً وعنوةً، والعبث بمحتوياته بالإكراه دون حق.
وشدّد في بلاغه على أن علوي تنمرت عليه، رغم علمها أنه من ذوي الهمم.
وقرر وكيل النائب العام في نيابة سيدي بشر، بسرعة التحقيق مع علوي في الدعوى الرقم 1143 / 2025، عقب حصوله على مقطع فيديو يوثق الواقعة، كما أمر بتفريغ محتويات كاميرات المراقبة في الفندق الذي شهد الاعتداء.
وفي أول رد رسمي، نفت إدارة مهرجان الإسكندرية السينمائي الدولي تلك الادعاءات تماماً، مؤكدة أن ليلى علوي لم يصدر عنها أي تصرف مسيء، ولم تتخذ أي تحرك قانوني تجاه محاولة الاعتداء عليها وانتهاك خصوصيتها.
وتابع البيان أن الواقعة الحقيقية تمثلت في محاولة اعتداء على ليلى علوي بعد اقتحام قاعة خاصة بالمهرجان، وأن الإدارة تعاملت مع الموقف باحترافية دون الإضرار بأي طرف.
وشدد البيان الصادر عن إدارة المهرجان على احترام وتقدير ليلى علوي، التي تم اختيارها نجمة الدورة الـ41، مضيفاً أن ما يُتداول من أخبار غير دقيقة يستهدف الإساءة لسمعة النجمة والمهرجان، مؤكداً احتفاظ الإدارة بحقها في اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد مروّجي الأكاذيب.
The Public Prosecution is investigating artist Leila Aloui in the case filed by journalist Raymond Al-Masri, who accused her of assault and bullying.
In Al-Masri's complaint against Aloui, he stated that she assisted someone in physically assaulting him in front of a crowd of journalists while he was performing his duties covering the events of the "Alexandria International Film Festival."
Al-Masri accused Aloui of forcibly and violently seizing his mobile phone and tampering with its contents under duress without any right.
He emphasized in his complaint that Aloui bullied him, despite knowing that he is a person with disabilities.
The deputy public prosecutor in the Sidi Bishr prosecution decided to quickly investigate Aloui in case number 1143 / 2025, after obtaining a video clip documenting the incident, and also ordered the retrieval of the contents from the surveillance cameras in the hotel where the assault took place.
In the first official response, the management of the Alexandria International Film Festival completely denied those allegations, confirming that Leila Aloui did not engage in any abusive behavior and did not take any legal action regarding the attempted assault on her and the violation of her privacy.
The statement continued that the actual incident involved an attempted assault on Leila Aloui after someone stormed a private hall at the festival, and that the management handled the situation professionally without harming any party.
The statement issued by the festival management emphasized respect and appreciation for Leila Aloui, who was chosen as the star of the 41st edition, adding that the circulating news is inaccurate and aims to damage the reputation of the star and the festival, confirming the management's right to take legal action against those spreading lies.
