أعربت الفنانة المصرية بدرية طلبة، عن غضبها من خروج شائعات حول إحالتها للمحاكمة أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية، وتحديد يوم 26 سبتمبر القادم موعدا لأولى جلسات النظر في القضية، على خلفية اتهامها بإساءة استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وأكدت بدرية طلبة في تصريح خاص لـ«عكاظ»، أنها فوجئت بأخبار تفيد بإحالتها للمحاكمة، وهذا عارٍ تماما من الصحة، مشيرة إلى أنها موجودة في منزلها وسط أسرتها، وستحضر غدا تحقيقا في نقابة المهن التمثيلية.
وأشارت بدرية طلبة إلى أنها كلفت المحامي الخاص بها باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة ضد كل شخص أفاد بتصريحات خاطئة عنها، قائلة: «حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل في كلمة غلط بتتقال عني ومش هسيب حقي».
وأوضحت الفنانة المصرية أنها ستحضر غدا لنقابة المهن التمثيلية في مصر للتحقيق معها في اتهامها بتصريحات جريئة مسيئة غير لائقة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.
يشار إلى أن محامي بدرية طلبة أصدر أخيرا بيانا صحفيا للرد على شائعات إلقاء القبض عليها أو صدور قرار بإيقافها عن العمل، نافيا كل ما تردّد حول إلقاء القبض عليها، مشددا على أن من يخطئ يُحاسب، ولا أحد فوق القانون.
وجاء في نص البيان: «لا صحة لأي خبر متداول عن إلقاء القبض على الفنانة بدرية طلبة أو إيقافها مؤقتا أو نهائيا عن ممارسة عملها. نحن نعيش في دولة قانون نحترم فيها القضاء، وهو الطريق الوحيد لنيل حقها ممّن أساء إليها أو لفّق أخبارا باطلة بحقها».
The Egyptian artist Badriya Talab expressed her anger over rumors regarding her referral to trial before the Economic Court, with September 26 set as the date for the first session to consider the case, following accusations of misusing social media.
Badriya Talab confirmed in a special statement to "Okaz" that she was surprised by news claiming she was referred to trial, which is completely untrue, noting that she is at home with her family and will attend an investigation tomorrow at the Actors' Syndicate.
Badriya Talab indicated that she has instructed her lawyer to take the necessary legal actions against anyone who made false statements about her, saying: "God is sufficient for me, and He is the best disposer of affairs regarding any wrong words said about me, and I will not give up my rights."
The Egyptian artist clarified that she will attend the Actors' Syndicate in Egypt tomorrow for an investigation regarding accusations against her of making inappropriate and offensive statements on various social media platforms.
It is worth mentioning that Badriya Talab's lawyer recently issued a press statement to respond to rumors about her arrest or a decision to suspend her from work, denying all reports regarding her arrest, emphasizing that anyone who makes a mistake will be held accountable, and no one is above the law.
The statement read: "There is no truth to any news circulating about the arrest of artist Badriya Talab or her temporary or permanent suspension from practicing her work. We live in a state of law where we respect the judiciary, which is the only way to obtain her rights from those who have wronged her or fabricated false news against her."
