نفي محامي الفنانة المصرية بدرية طلبة، الأنباء التي تردّدت خلال الساعات الماضية حول إلقاء القبض عليها أو صدور قرار بإيقافها عن العمل، وذلك على خلفية قرار نقابة المهن التمثيلية بتحويلها إلى التحقيق نظرًا لما بدر منها من تصريحات مسيئة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي المختلفة.
وأصدر محامي الفنانة بيانًا صحفيًا ينفى فيه ما تردّد حول إلقاء القبض عليها، مشددًا على أن من يخطئ يُحاسب، ولا أحد فوق القانون.
وأوضح البيان أن الدولة تقوم على سيادة القانون، وأن القضاء هو المرجع الأساسي لردّ الحقوق ومحاسبة كل من تطاول أو نشر أخبارًا كاذبة أو وجّه إساءات للفنانة.
وجاء في نص البيان: «لا صحة لأي خبر متداول عن إلقاء القبض على الفنانة بدرية طلبة أو إيقافها مؤقتًا أو نهائيًا عن ممارسة عملها. نحن نعيش في دولة قانون نحترم فيها القضاء، وهو الطريق الوحيد لنيل حقها ممّن أساء إليها أو لفّق أخبارًا باطلة بحقها».
وأضاف المحامي أن الكلمة النهائية في هذه القضية ستصدر من الجهات المختصة، سواء من الناحية القضائية أو التأديبية، ممثلة في نقابة المهن التمثيلية، مشددًا على ثقة الدفاع الكاملة في مؤسسات الدولة، ومؤكدًا استعداد موكلته للمثول أمام جميع الجهات المعنية.
يشار إلى أن نقابة المهن التمثيلية أصدرت، أخيراً، قراراً بتحويل بدرية طلبة إلى التحقيق، بعد اجتماع مع مجلس إدارة النقابة، وذلك لما رأوا فيه تجاوزاً صارخاً صدر منها، على أن يتم إعلان قرار التحقيق خلال أيام قليلة.
The lawyer of the Egyptian artist Badriya Talba denied the news that circulated in recent hours regarding her arrest or the issuance of a decision to suspend her from work, following the decision of the Actors' Syndicate to refer her for investigation due to her offensive statements on various social media platforms.
The artist's lawyer issued a press statement denying the rumors about her arrest, emphasizing that those who err should be held accountable, and that no one is above the law.
The statement clarified that the state is based on the rule of law, and that the judiciary is the primary reference for restoring rights and holding accountable anyone who has insulted or spread false news about the artist.
The statement read: "There is no truth to any news circulating about the arrest of the artist Badriya Talba or her temporary or permanent suspension from practicing her work. We live in a state of law where we respect the judiciary, which is the only way to obtain her rights from those who have wronged her or fabricated false news against her."
The lawyer added that the final word in this case will come from the competent authorities, whether from a judicial or disciplinary standpoint, represented by the Actors' Syndicate, stressing the defense's full confidence in the state's institutions, and confirming his client's readiness to appear before all relevant authorities.
It is worth noting that the Actors' Syndicate recently issued a decision to refer Badriya Talba for investigation, after a meeting with the Syndicate's Board of Directors, due to what they deemed a blatant transgression on her part, with the decision regarding the investigation to be announced in the coming days.
