Abdul Rahman Suleiman, the son of the late artist Suleiman Eid, expressed his dissatisfaction with the spread of a video claiming that the artist Wafaa Amer was involved in his father's death by putting a toxic substance in his drink.

The son of the late Egyptian artist reposted the circulating video about his father and the artist Wafaa Amer on his personal account on the "Facebook" platform, commenting: "May God heal you, you sickest of God's creatures who shared this video."

He added: "I really can't believe how far people have gone for a few likes, shares, and views. May God burn the trend for what they are doing, for those who chase trends. Only God knows how many other videos like this have been shared and how many people have been harmed because of something like this. I entrust my affairs to God, and He is the best disposer of affairs against you and those like you."

The video alleged that the artist Wafaa Amer confessed during investigations to her involvement in the death of artist Suleiman Eid by putting a toxic substance in a drink she offered him during one of the events, due to a severe dispute that occurred between them.

The artist Suleiman Eid passed away on April 18 of last year at the age of 64, following a sudden heart attack.
