أعلنت هيئة الأفلام تنظيم ملتقى النقد السينمائي في مدينة أبها 21 أغسطس الجاري، ليكون أولى محطات سلسلة الملتقيات التي تنظمها الهيئة هذا العام وستختتم أعمالها بمؤتمر النقد السينمائي الدولي في الرياض نوفمبر القادم.
وتحت شعار «السينما.. فنّ المكان»، يمثل ملتقى أبها منصة حوارية وفكرية تحتفي بتقاطع العمارة مع الصورة السينمائية، ضمن برنامج متكامل يُثري المشهد الثقافي ويجمع بين العروض الفنية والنقاشات المتخصصة. وتُقام الفعالية في قرية المفتاحة، المستلهمة من الطابع المعماري الفريد لمنطقة عسير، مما يمنح اللقاء بُعدًا بصريًا ومعرفيًا متجذرًا في المكان.
ويتضمن البرنامج جلسات نقدية تستحضر العلاقة بين السينما والعمارة، وندوات حوارية تفتح آفاق الحوار مع صنّاعها، وسيختتم الملتقى فعالياته بعرض فيلم مميز، يليه لقاء مفتوح مع مخرجه ليتيح للحضور الغوص في تفاصيل العمل واستكشاف رؤاه الإبداعية. كما يصاحب الملتقى عدد من الأنشطة الثقافية والفعاليات المصاحبة المستوحاة من هوية المنطقة، تُسهم في إثراء تجربة الحضور، وتعزيز التفاعل مع مفاهيم العمارة والفن السابع.
وأطلقت هيئة الأفلام النسخة الثالثة من مؤتمر النقد السينمائي الدولي وملتقياته كمنصات وطنية متخصصة تجمع بين الفكر الإبداعي والرؤية السينمائية، وتسهم في تطوير المشهد الثقافي محليًا وعالميًا، وتمكين المهتمين بالنقد وصناعة الأفلام في المملكة، وذلك عبر تقديم محتوى نقدي عميق يسهم في تعزيز الوعي البصري والتحليل الفني، وتفكيك الخطاب السينمائي؛ مما يعكس التزام الهيئة بترسيخ قيم الحراك النقدي وتعميق العلاقة بين السينما والجمهور.
The Film Authority announced the organization of the Film Criticism Forum in the city of Abha on August 21st, which will be the first stop in a series of forums organized by the authority this year, concluding with the International Film Criticism Conference in Riyadh next November.
Under the slogan "Cinema... the Art of Place," the Abha Forum represents a dialogue and intellectual platform that celebrates the intersection of architecture with cinematic imagery, as part of a comprehensive program that enriches the cultural scene and combines artistic performances with specialized discussions. The event will take place in Al-Muftaha Village, inspired by the unique architectural character of the Asir region, giving the meeting a visual and cognitive dimension rooted in the place.
The program includes critical sessions that evoke the relationship between cinema and architecture, and dialogue seminars that open avenues for discussion with its creators. The forum will conclude its activities with a special film screening, followed by an open meeting with its director, allowing attendees to dive into the details of the work and explore its creative visions. Additionally, the forum will feature a number of cultural activities and accompanying events inspired by the identity of the region, contributing to enriching the attendees' experience and enhancing interaction with the concepts of architecture and the seventh art.
The Film Authority launched the third edition of the International Film Criticism Conference and its forums as specialized national platforms that combine creative thinking and cinematic vision, contributing to the development of the cultural scene both locally and globally, and empowering those interested in criticism and film production in the Kingdom. This is achieved by providing deep critical content that enhances visual awareness and artistic analysis, and deconstructs cinematic discourse; reflecting the authority's commitment to establishing the values of critical movement and deepening the relationship between cinema and the audience.
