ألقت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية القبض على البلوجر المصرية الشهيرة هدير عبدالرازق، في منتجع مدينتي بمدينة القاهرة الجديدة، بعد ظهورها في بث مباشر عبر حسابها على «إنستغرام»، إذ أعلنت رفضها فتح الباب لقوات الشرطة، وقررت الجهات الأمنية ترحيلها من مديرية أمن القاهرة إلى مديرية أمن الجيزة لتنفيذ حكم قضائي صادر بحقها بالحبس لمدة عامين، على خلفية قضية إصابة بالخطأ في منطقة الطالبية بالجيزة.
وتعود إلى حادثة صدمت فيها هدير عبدالرازق شخصاً بسيارتها الخاصة في الجيزة، مما تسبب في إصابات متعددة للضحية، وبعد التحقيقات، أصدرت المحكمة حكماً بحبسها لمدة عامين، وهو الحكم الذي يتم تنفيذه الآن بعد القبض عليها.
هدير عبدالرازق، من مواليد 1998، هي بلوجر مصرية اشتهرت عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، خصوصاً «تيك توك»، إذ تنشر محتوى يتعلق بالجمال والأزياء، لكن مسيرتها لم تخلُ من الجدل، إذ واجهت اتهامات سابقة بنشر فيديوهات خادشة للحياء، مما أدى إلى تجديد حبسها لمدة 15 يوماً في يونيو 2024 للتحقيق في هذه التهم.
وفي وقت سابق، كانت المحكمة الاقتصادية بالقاهرة في وقت سابق، قضت بمعاقبة البلوجر هدير عبدالرازق، بالحبس سنة وكفالة 5 آلاف جنيه وتغريمها 100 ألف جنيه، بتهمة بث فيديوهات خادشة للحياء.
ووجهت النيابة للبلوجر هدير عبدالرازق اتهامات عدة من بينها نشرها بقصد العرض صوراً خادشة للحياء العام، بأن بثت عبر حساباتها الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (فيس بوك، إنستغرام، يوتيوب وتيك توك) صوراً ومقاطع مرئية مخلة بالآداب العامة قاصدة الإغراء بها على نحو يخدش الحياء العام على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات.
كما وجهت للبلوجر اتهامات أنها ارتكبت علانية فعلاً فاضحاً مخلاً بالحياء، بأن أغرت بمفاتنها وبعباراتها وتلميحاتها وإيحاءاتها الجنسية، من خلال صور ومقاطع مرئية بثتها عبر حساباتها الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وذلك على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات، وأعلنت من خلال حساباتها الشخصية، المشار إليها بالاتهام الأول، دعوة تتضمن إغراء بما يلفت الأنظار إلى ممارسة الفجور، بأن نشرت صوراً ومقاطع مرئية مخلة بالآداب على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات.
كما وجهت النيابة للبلوجر الشهيرة تهمة الاعتداء على المبادئ والقيم الأسرية في المجتمع المصري بأن نشرت من خلال صفحتها الشخصية على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي (فيس بوك، إنستغرام، يوتيوب وتيك توك) مقاطع مرئية وصوراً شخصية تتضمن تعدياً على تلك المبادئ والقيم، مبينة من خلالها مفاتنها في ظل عبارات وتلميحات جنسية، وذلك على النحو المبين بالتحقيقات.
كما أثارت جدلاً واسعاً في سبتمبر 2024 بعد نشرها مقطع فيديو اتهمت فيه طليقها بالاعتداء عليها بالضرب والسحل، قبل أن تحذف الفيديو لاحقاً. هذا الفيديو، الذي انتشر بسرعة على مواقع التواصل، ساهم في دفع الأجهزة الأمنية لاتخاذ إجراءات ضدها.
The Egyptian security forces arrested the famous Egyptian blogger Hadeer Abdelrazek at the Madinaty resort in New Cairo after she appeared in a live broadcast on her Instagram account, where she announced her refusal to open the door to the police forces. Hadeer Abdelrazek, born in 1998, is an Egyptian blogger who gained fame through social media platforms, especially TikTok, where she shares content related to beauty and fashion. However, her career has not been without controversy, as she faced previous accusations of posting indecent videos, leading to her detention being renewed for 15 days in June 2024 to investigate these charges.
Earlier, the Economic Court in Cairo had sentenced blogger Hadeer Abdelrazek to one year in prison, a bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds, and a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds for broadcasting indecent videos.
The prosecution charged blogger Hadeer Abdelrazek with several accusations, including the publication of indecent images with the intent to display them, as she broadcasted through her personal accounts on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) images and video clips that violate public morals, intending to entice in a manner that offends public decency as outlined in the investigations.
The blogger was also accused of publicly committing an indecent act by enticing with her charms and through her words, hints, and sexual suggestions, via images and video clips she broadcasted through her personal accounts on social media, as detailed in the investigations. She announced through her personal accounts, referenced in the first accusation, an invitation that included enticement to draw attention to immoral practices by posting images and video clips that violate public morals as outlined in the investigations.
The prosecution also charged the famous blogger with violating the principles and family values in Egyptian society by posting through her personal page on social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) video clips and personal images that infringe upon those principles and values, showcasing her charms amidst sexual phrases and hints, as detailed in the investigations.
She also sparked widespread controversy in September 2024 after posting a video in which she accused her ex-husband of assaulting her physically and dragging her, before later deleting the video. This video, which quickly spread on social media, contributed to prompting security forces to take action against her.
