قررت محكمة جزائرية، أمس (الإثنين)، سجن المغنّي الشاب مصطفى 5 أعوام نافذة، وفرض غرامة مالية قدرها 500 ألف دينار جزائري، على خلفية اتهامه بنشر الرذيلة، والتحريض على تعاطي المخدرات، والهجرة غير الشرعية.
ويواجه المغنّي الجزائري ست جُنح، تتضمن نشر أفكار عصابة الأحياء بطريقة مباشرة وغير مباشرة، التلفّظ بألفاظ خادشة للحياء في مكان عام، الترويج لتعاطي المخدرات بأي وسيلة، الإساءة إلى المعلوم من الدين، التقليل من شأن الأحكام القضائية، التحريض على الفسق والفجور، صناعة وعرض مقاطع مرئية تخدش الحياء على الجمهور، عبر مقاطع غنائية نشرها على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
واللافت أن الشاب مصطفى اعترف بإشارته إلى ألفاظ خادشة تمس النظام العام وتروّج للمخدرات، وأقرّ خلال التحقيق معه بأن دعا لاستهلاك المخدرات في إحدى أغنياته، وذلك لتلبية طلبات الزبائن في الملاهي الليلية.
وبدأت هذه القضية قبل فترة، عندما فتحت مصالح الشرطة القضائية تحقيقاً، بعد رصد فرقة مكافحة الجريمة السيبرانية منشورات عدة ومقاطع مرئية على تطبيق «تيك توك»، ينشر صاحبها أغاني غير أخلاقية، ويتلفّظ بكلمات خادشة للحياء العام، ويستهزئ بالقضاء الجزائري، ليتبين أنه المغنّي «الشاب مصطفى»... وبناء عليه، تم ضبطه وتحويله إلى التحقيق الأمني ثم القضائي.
وخلال التحقيق معه، تم الاستماع إلى أقواله في التّهم المنسوبة إليه، وأُحيل الى المحاكمة بموجب إجراء المثول الفوري أمام محكمة عين الترك في وهران، وأقر بنشر المقاطع المرئية على قناته الرسمية في «يوتيوب»، دون مراعاة الرأي العام وأعمار المتابعين، مؤكداً أن كلمات الأغنية من تأليفه.
An Algerian court decided yesterday (Monday) to sentence the young singer Mustafa to 5 years in prison and impose a fine of 500,000 Algerian dinars, following accusations of promoting vice, inciting drug use, and illegal immigration.
The Algerian singer faces six misdemeanors, including the direct and indirect promotion of gang-related ideas, using indecent language in public, promoting drug use by any means, insulting known religious principles, undermining the authority of judicial rulings, inciting immorality and debauchery, and producing and displaying indecent video clips to the public through song clips he posted on social media.
Notably, young Mustafa admitted to using indecent language that violates public order and promotes drugs, and he acknowledged during the investigation that he called for drug consumption in one of his songs to meet the demands of clients in nightclubs.
This case began some time ago when the judicial police opened an investigation after the cybercrime unit detected several posts and video clips on the "TikTok" app, where the owner was posting immoral songs, using indecent language, and mocking the Algerian judiciary, which turned out to be the singer "young Mustafa"... Consequently, he was apprehended and referred for security and then judicial investigation.
During the investigation, he was questioned about the charges against him and was referred to trial under the immediate appearance procedure before the Ain Turk Court in Oran. He admitted to posting the video clips on his official "YouTube" channel, without regard for public opinion and the ages of his followers, confirming that the lyrics of the song were his own composition.
