أصدر الأمين العام للمجلس الوطني للثقافة والفنون والآداب في الكويت الدكتور محمد الجسار، قرارا بحل مجلس إدارة فرقة المسرح الشعبي، لمخالفته أحكام القانون رقم 24 لسنة 1962 بشأن الأندية وجمعيات النفع العام وتعديلاته، والنظام الأساسي للجمعية العمومية.
وبموجب القــــرار الإداري رقم ٦٩٤/2025 المنشور في الجريدة الرسمية «الكويت اليوم»، تم تعيين مجلس إدارة مؤقت يتولى اختصاصات مجلس الإدارة المنحل، كما سيدعو لانعقاد الجمعية العمومية العادية وانتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد بشكل يتوافق مع النظام الأساسي للجمعية.
وتضمن القرار تعيين مجلس إدارة فرقة المسرح الشعبي لمدة 6 أشهر يضـــم كلا من منــــال البغــدادي (وزارة الإعـــــلام) رئيـــس مجلــــس الإدارة، وعبد الرزاق العنزي (جمعية المحامين الكويتية) أمين السر، وحنان الربيعان (وزارة المالية) المدير المالي، وطلال العصيمي (من ذوي الخبرة والاختصاص) المدير الإداري، وجاسم النبهان (فنان مؤسس) مدير علاقات عامة.
ونص القرار على أنه يسلم المجلس المعين خلال ثلاثة أيام من صدوره جميع الأوراق والمستندات والعهد والأموال والأختام التي بحوزته، وذلك بموجب محاضر تسليم رسمية.
The Secretary-General of the National Council for Culture, Arts, and Letters in Kuwait, Dr. Mohammed Al-Jassar, issued a decision to dissolve the Board of Directors of the Popular Theater Company for violating the provisions of Law No. 24 of 1962 regarding clubs and public benefit associations and its amendments, as well as the association's bylaws.
According to Administrative Decision No. 694/2025 published in the official newspaper "Kuwait Today," a temporary Board of Directors has been appointed to assume the responsibilities of the dissolved board, and it will call for the convening of the ordinary general assembly and the election of a new Board of Directors in a manner that complies with the association's bylaws.
The decision included the appointment of a Board of Directors for the Popular Theater Company for a duration of 6 months, consisting of Manal Al-Baghdadi (Ministry of Information) as the Chairperson, Abdul Razzaq Al-Anzi (Kuwait Bar Association) as the Secretary, Hanan Al-Rabiaan (Ministry of Finance) as the Financial Director, Talal Al-Asimi (an experienced and specialized individual) as the Administrative Director, and Jassim Al-Nabhan (founding artist) as the Public Relations Director.
The decision stated that the appointed board must hand over all papers, documents, assets, funds, and seals in its possession within three days of its issuance, through official handover minutes.
