أصدرت المحكمة الاقتصادية في القاهرة حكماً بسجن التيكتوكر محمد أمان الله لمدة شهر، وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، مع إلزامه بكفالة مالية قدرها 5 آلاف جنيه، في قضية اتهامه بسب وقذف نقيب المهن التمثيلية أشرف زكي.
عبارات مسيئة
وبدأت القضية ببلاغ تقدم به المحامي بالنقض والمستشار القانوني لنقابة المهن التمثيلية شعبان سعيد، ضد القائم على أحد حسابات تطبيق "تيك توك" على خلفية نشر محتوى تضمن عبارات مسيئة بحق أشرف زكي، بحسب البلاغ.
وطالب مقدم البلاغ باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية تجاه المسؤول عن الحساب، لتبدأ الجهات المختصة أعمال الفحص والتحري للكشف عن هوية القائم عليه، والتحقق من ملابسات الواقعة.
حماده عزام
وأسفرت التحريات عن تحديد المسؤول عن الحساب الذي يحمل اسم "حماده عزام"، وتبين أنه يُدار من جانب محمد أمان الله، وهو ما مهد لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية بحقه.
وأُحيلت القضية بعد استكمال الإجراءات إلى المحكمة الاقتصادية في القاهرة، التي نظرتها على مدار عدة جلسات، قبل أن تصدر حكمها بسجن المتهم شهراً، وتغريمه 20 ألف جنيه، مع كفالة قدرها 5 آلاف جنيه."

Offensive Statements
The case began with a report filed by the cassation lawyer and legal advisor to the Actors Syndicate, Shaaban Said, against the operator of a TikTok account for posting content that included offensive statements against Ashraf Zaki, according to the report.
The complainant requested that legal action be taken against the person responsible for the account, prompting the relevant authorities to begin investigations to uncover the identity of the operator and verify the circumstances of the incident.
Hamada Azzam
The investigations led to identifying the person responsible for the account named "Hamada Azzam," which was found to be managed by Mohamed Aman Allah, paving the way for legal action against him.
The case was referred to the Economic Court in Cairo after completing the necessary procedures, which reviewed it over several sessions before issuing its ruling of one month in prison for the accused, a fine of 20,000 Egyptian pounds, and a bail of 5,000 Egyptian pounds.
