أكد الفنان المغربي القدير حجيب تقديم العديد من السهرات الفنية في دول عربية عدة. وعن تقديم حفلات فنية في السعودية قال: «أحب الغناء للجمهور السعودي، ولكنني أنتظر العرض المناسب، وأنا تحت الطلب للغناء لكل الشعوب».
وأوضح لـ«عكاظ» أن فن «العيطة» يعد من الأشكال الغنائية العريقة التي وصلت إلى العالمية، ولم يندثر لأنه يعبر عن هوية وتراث وثقافة الآباء والأجداد المغاربة، إضافة إلى وجود جيل جديد من الشباب يستكمل المشوار.
وأضاف حجيب، الذي يعد أحد أكبر رواد فن العيطة بالمغرب، «أشارك في مهرجان موازين منذ أكثر من 20 عاماً عندما كان يحمل اسم «مهرجان الرباط»، قبل أن يتحول إلى «موازين»»، معتبرا المشاركة فيه فرصة مهمة للفنانين المغاربة والأجانب على حد سواء، كونه منصة بارزة للظهور والانفتاح على جمهور واسع من جميع أنحاء العالم.
وأشار إلى استغراقه نحو الشهر للتدريب قبل حفل مهرجان موازين، مؤكداً أن تفاعل الجمهور يعطى طاقة لأي فنان ليقدم أفضل ما لديه، لذلك أخوض رحلة بحث طويلة قبل أي حفل لأن أنماط الأغنية المغربية مختلفة وكثيرة.
وعن تقديم ديو مع الفنان المغربي عبد العزيز الستاتي، قال حجيب: «لا أمانع من التعاون مع الستاتي نهائياً، خاصة أنه متقن فن العيطة بشكل كبير ولديه شعبية كبيرة من الجمهور»، متمنياً أن يحدث هذا التعاون بينهما بالفترة المقبلة.
The esteemed Moroccan artist Hajib confirmed that he will be presenting numerous artistic evenings in several Arab countries. Regarding performing in Saudi Arabia, he said: "I love singing for the Saudi audience, but I am waiting for the right offer, and I am available to sing for all peoples."
He explained to "Okaz" that the art of "Aita" is one of the ancient musical forms that has reached global recognition, and it has not faded away because it expresses the identity, heritage, and culture of Moroccan ancestors, in addition to the existence of a new generation of youth continuing the journey.
Hajib, who is considered one of the greatest pioneers of Aita art in Morocco, added, "I have been participating in the Mawazine Festival for over 20 years when it was called the 'Rabat Festival,' before it transformed into 'Mawazine'," considering participation in it an important opportunity for both Moroccan and foreign artists, as it is a prominent platform for exposure and opening up to a wide audience from all over the world.
He noted that he spends about a month training before the Mawazine Festival concert, emphasizing that audience interaction gives energy to any artist to present their best. Therefore, I embark on a long search journey before any concert because the styles of Moroccan songs are diverse and numerous.
Regarding a potential duet with Moroccan artist Abdel Aziz El Statty, Hajib said: "I have no objection to collaborating with El Statty at all, especially since he is highly skilled in Aita art and has a large fan base," hoping that this collaboration will happen in the near future.
