أصدرت الغرفة التجارية في محاكم دبي، أمس، حكماً نهائياً لصالح الفنانة اللبنانية إليسا، أنهى بموجبه اتفاقية التوزيع الموقعة مع شركة وتري منذ 12 أغسطس 2023، ومنع الحكم الشركة من توزيع أو نشر أغنيتي «من أول دقيقة» و«أنا وبس»، وذلك بعد ثبوت التعدي على حقوق إليسا الفنية والأدبية عبر أغنية «وبطير».
وألزم الحكم، الذي شاركته إليسا على حسابها في الإنستغرام، شركة وتري بتسليم كافة مفاتيح الوصول إلى المنصات الرقمية التي توزع عبرها الأغاني، وفصل نفسها عن قناة إليسا على «يوتيوب».
The Dubai Courts' Chamber of Commerce issued a final ruling yesterday in favor of the Lebanese artist Elissa, which terminated the distribution agreement signed with the company Watary since August 12, 2023. The ruling prohibited the company from distributing or publishing the songs "Min Awal Daqeeqa" and "Ana W Bas," after it was proven that they infringed on Elissa's artistic and literary rights through the song "Wabtir."
The ruling, which Elissa shared on her Instagram account, obligated Watary to deliver all access keys to the digital platforms through which the songs are distributed and to separate itself from Elissa's channel on YouTube.
