يشهد مخطط الياسمين بالمدينة المنورة، نمواً سكانياً متزايداً منذ 5 أعوام، بحكم موقعه على طريق حائل السريع، واتساع مساحته التي تتجاوز 3.8 مليون متر مربع، والتي تضم قطعاً سكنية واستثمارية وخدمية. ورغم هذا التوسع ما زال السكان ينتظرون استكمال الخدمات الأساسية بما يتناسب مع التطور العمراني.
يشير الأهالي إلى أن البنية التحتية، خصوصاً الأسفلتية والإنارة، لا تزال غير مكتملة في بعض المواقع، مما يؤثر على سهولة الحركة ومستوى السلامة. كما عبّروا عن أملهم في استئناف مشروع الإنارة الذي أعلنت عنه الأمانة سابقاً ولم يُستكمل تنفيذه.
ويواجه الحي نقصاً في المدارس بجميع المراحل، ما يضطر الطلاب للانتقال إلى أحياء أخرى، وتزداد صعوبة توصيل الأبناء خصوصاً للعاملين خارج الحي الذين يغادرون في وقت مبكر.
كما لفت السكان إلى أن موقع الحي على طريق سريع والدائري الثالث يتطلب تحسين المداخل والمخارج واستكمال الطريق الرابط؛ لتسهيل حركة الدخول والخروج وتخفيف الازدحام.
ويتفق الأهالي على أن استكمال الخدمات الأساسية يمثل مطلباً مشتركاً، مع ثقتهم بأن التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية سيسهم في تسريع تطوير الحي خلال الفترة المقبلة.
وتمنى إبراهيم عايض الجابري، من الأمانة سرعة تنفيذ مشروع الإنارة، فيما أكد لافاء لافي لويفي الرشيدي ومحمد سعيد الرشيدي، أن الحي بحاجة إلى مدارس تريح الطلاب من عناء الذهاب لأحياء أخرى للدراسة، ويضيف باتع معلا العلوي، أن طبيعة عمل عدد من السكان خارج نطاق الحي، وخروجهم في أوقات مبكرة، تجعل مسألة توصيل الأبناء للمدارس أكثر تحدياً، في ظل بُعد المدارس الحالية.
ويشير عيد العرعري الرشيدي، إلى أن موقع الحي على طريق سريع والدائري الثالث يستدعي تعزيز المداخل والمخارج المباشرة، مؤكداً أن استكمال الطريق الرابط، إلى جانب إيجاد حلول مرورية مناسبة سيسهمان في تسهيل حركة الدخول والخروج.
ويوضح محمد عالي الرشيدي وأحمد الردادي، أن استكمال الخدمات الأساسية تُعد مطلباً مشتركاً لدى أهالي الحي، بما يدعم استكمال تطويره، معربين عن ثقتهم في أن التنسيق بين الجهات المعنية سيسهم في تسريع المعالجة خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
The Yasmeen neighborhood in Medina has been experiencing increasing population growth for the past 5 years, due to its location on the Hail highway and its expansive area of over 3.8 million square meters, which includes residential, investment, and service plots. Despite this expansion, residents are still waiting for the completion of basic services that match the urban development.
Residents point out that the infrastructure, especially the asphalt and lighting, is still incomplete in some areas, affecting ease of movement and safety levels. They also expressed hope for the resumption of the lighting project that was previously announced by the municipality but has not been completed.
The neighborhood faces a shortage of schools at all levels, forcing students to move to other neighborhoods, making it more difficult for parents, especially those working outside the neighborhood, who leave early.
Residents also noted that the neighborhood's location on a highway and the third ring road necessitates improvements to the entrances and exits and the completion of the connecting road to facilitate entry and exit and reduce congestion.
Residents agree that completing basic services is a common demand, with confidence that coordination between the relevant authorities will contribute to accelerating the neighborhood's development in the upcoming period.
Ibrahim Ayed Al-Jabri from the municipality wished for the swift implementation of the lighting project, while Lafea Lafi Luwaifi Al-Rashidi and Mohammed Saeed Al-Rashidi confirmed that the neighborhood needs schools to relieve students from the burden of traveling to other neighborhoods for education. Bati Maala Al-Alawi added that the nature of work for some residents outside the neighborhood, and their early departures, makes the issue of transporting children to schools more challenging, given the distance to the current schools.
Aid Al-Arari Al-Rashidi pointed out that the neighborhood's location on a highway and the third ring road requires enhancing direct entrances and exits, emphasizing that completing the connecting road, along with finding suitable traffic solutions, will contribute to facilitating entry and exit.
Mohammed Ali Al-Rashidi and Ahmed Al-Raddadi clarified that completing basic services is a common demand among the neighborhood's residents, which supports the completion of its development, expressing their confidence that coordination between the relevant authorities will help accelerate the resolution in the next phase.
