Tunisia.. Three Girls Arrested on Suspicion of Luring Foreigners, Drugging Them, and Stealing Their Belongings
Security investigations in the city of Hammamet in the Nabeul Governorate of Tunisia have revealed suspicions of involvement by three girls, aged between 18 and 20, in luring foreigners, particularly Italian nationals, drugging them with the aim of seizing their money and valuable possessions.
According to initial data, the suspects were residing in a house in the Qarbah area of Nabeul Governorate, where they would lure victims during parties before taking them to houses in Hammamet. It is suspected that they placed narcotic substances in the coffee or drinks consumed by the victims, preparing to seize their belongings after they lost the ability to act normally.
The authorities arrested the three girls after consulting the public prosecutor, while investigations continue to uncover the circumstances of the case and determine the extent of the actions attributed to them.
Initial data does not rule out the existence of other parties, as suspicions hover around an individual from the northwestern region of Tunisia, believed to have been managing and overseeing the girls' activities. Security agencies are working to verify his potential role and to determine whether the case involves separate incidents or an organized activity involving other parties.
