Meta has announced the launch of its AI models "Muse Wonder" and "Muse Wonder Full," in a move aimed at enhancing its competitive position against "OpenAI" and "Anthropic," amid a technological race where investments are rising to develop more advanced systems and attract users.
The company described the two models as the most advanced within its technologies, while the markets reacted to the announcement with a nearly 4% rise in its stock during afternoon trading, indicating investor interest in its ability to convert technological spending into business opportunities.
This announcement comes as competition shifts from conversation tools and content generation to developing the capabilities of intelligent systems and expanding their applications, alongside increasing pressure to demonstrate the economic viability of massive investments in processors and data centers.
The two models put Meta to a practical test regarding performance quality and their ability to compete with available technologies, as well as their ability to offer features that attract users in a rapidly evolving market.
Independent tests and user experience remain the most important criteria for evaluating the two models, away from marketing promises and stock fluctuations; success is determined more by performance reliability, operational efficiency, and the actual value of services than by the number of releases and the level of spending.
