شهدت محافظة بورسعيد المصرية واقعة أثارت تفاعلاً واسعاً على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بعدما ظهرت سيدة ثلاثينية في بث مباشر عبر «فيسبوك»، تحدثت خلاله عن تعرضها، بحسب روايتها، لتهديدات وضغوط وابتزاز، قبل أن تلقي بنفسها من شرفة منزلها، في واقعة باشرت الجهات المختصة التحقيق في ملابساتها.
وفي أعقاب تداول مقاطع مصورة للواقعة على نطاق واسع، أصدر المجلس الأعلى لتنظيم الإعلام في مصر قراراً يلزم جميع وسائل الإعلام الخاضعة للقانون رقم 180 لسنة 2018 بعدم نشر أو تداول أي مقاطع مصورة تتعلق بالواقعة.
منع نشر اسم السيدة أو صورها
وشدد المجلس على حظر نشر أي أخبار تتضمن اسم السيدة أو صورها، مؤكداً ضرورة الالتزام بالأكواد المهنية والضوابط المنظمة للتغطية الإعلامية لمثل هذه الحوادث، وفي مقدمتها كود التغطية الإعلامية لهذا النوع من الوقائع، الصادر بقرار المجلس رقم 62 لسنة 2021.
كما قرر المجلس مخاطبة الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لحذف المقاطع المصورة المتعلقة بالواقعة من منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، في حال نشرها بالمخالفة للقرار، فيما كُلّفت الإدارة العامة للرصد بالمجلس بمتابعة تنفيذ القرار.
ماذا حدث للسيدة؟
تلقت الأجهزة الأمنية في بورسعيد بلاغاً بسقوط سيدة في العقد الثالث من العمر من شرفة منزلها، خلال بث مباشر عبر صفحتها الشخصية على «فيسبوك».
وأفادت المعاينات الأولية بإصابتها بكسور وسحجات وكدمات متفرقة في أنحاء الجسم، قبل نقلها إلى مستشفى السلام ببورسعيد لتلقي الرعاية الطبية اللازمة، ووضعها تحت الملاحظة الطبية والعلاج.
وكانت السيدة قد ظهرت قبل سقوطها في بث مباشر، تحدثت خلاله عن خلافات أسرية وضغوط قالت إنها تعرضت لها، كما تحدثت عن تعرضها لما وصفته بعمليات ابتزاز وتهديد من جانب أحد الأشخاص، بمشاركة آخرين، من بينهم زوجها ووالدته وشقيقها، وفق روايتها.
اتهامات بالابتزاز والتهديد
وخلال البث، زعمت السيدة أنها تعرضت لمطالبات بدفع مبالغ مالية كبيرة مقابل عدم نشر مقاطع فيديو خاصة بحماتها وأفراد من أسرة زوجها، مؤكدة أنها رفضت ما وصفته بالابتزاز والتهديد.
كما أشارت إلى وجود خلافات أسرية، وقالت إن بعض الاتهامات الموجهة إليها لا تستند إلى أساس من الصحة، بحسب روايتها، مطالبة الجهات المختصة بالتدخل لحمايتها واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.
وتحدثت كذلك عن مقطع فيديو آخر قالت إن شقيقها ظهر خلاله وهو يطالبها بالاستجابة لما وصفته بالمطالب المالية، فيما لم تحسم التحقيقات الرسمية حتى الآن صحة الاتهامات أو تفاصيل الخلافات التي تحدثت عنها.
التحقيقات مستمرة لكشف ملابسات الواقعة
وتواصل الجهات المختصة في بورسعيد فحص ملابسات الواقعة، بما في ذلك محتوى البث المباشر الذي ظهرت خلاله السيدة، والاستماع إلى أقوالها حال استقرار حالتها الصحية، فضلاً عن فحص ما جرى تداوله من مقاطع وبيانات مرتبطة بالواقعة.
ومن المنتظر أن تكشف التحقيقات حقيقة ما ورد في رواية السيدة، وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية، في ضوء نتائج التحريات والأدلة التي تجمعها الجهات المختصة.
The Egyptian governorate of Port Said witnessed an incident that sparked widespread reactions on social media platforms, after a woman in her thirties appeared in a live broadcast on "Facebook," during which she spoke about being, according to her account, threatened, pressured, and extorted, before she threw herself from her home's balcony, an incident that the relevant authorities have begun investigating.
Following the widespread circulation of video clips of the incident, the Supreme Council for Media Regulation in Egypt issued a decision requiring all media outlets subject to Law No. 180 of 2018 not to publish or circulate any video clips related to the incident.
Prohibition on publishing the woman's name or images
The council emphasized the prohibition on publishing any news that includes the woman's name or images, affirming the necessity of adhering to professional codes and regulations governing media coverage of such incidents, foremost among them the media coverage code for this type of incident, issued by the council's decision No. 62 of 2021.
The council also decided to contact the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to take the necessary measures to delete the video clips related to the incident from social media platforms, in case they were published in violation of the decision, while the General Administration for Monitoring at the council was tasked with following up on the implementation of the decision.
What happened to the woman?
The security authorities in Port Said received a report about a woman in her thirties falling from her balcony during a live broadcast on her personal "Facebook" page.
Initial examinations indicated that she sustained fractures, abrasions, and bruises in various parts of her body, before being transferred to Al-Salam Hospital in Port Said to receive the necessary medical care and placed under medical observation and treatment.
The woman had appeared before her fall in a live broadcast, during which she spoke about family disputes and pressures she claimed to have faced, as well as mentioning that she had been subjected to what she described as extortion and threats from one person, with the involvement of others, including her husband, his mother, and her brother, according to her account.
Allegations of extortion and threats
During the broadcast, the woman claimed that she had been demanded to pay large sums of money in exchange for not publishing private videos of her mother-in-law and members of her husband's family, asserting that she rejected what she described as extortion and threats.
She also pointed to existing family disputes, stating that some of the accusations directed at her were unfounded, according to her account, calling on the relevant authorities to intervene to protect her and take the necessary legal actions.
She also spoke about another video clip in which she claimed her brother appeared demanding that she comply with what he described as financial demands, while official investigations have not yet confirmed the validity of the allegations or the details of the disputes she mentioned.
Investigations continue to uncover the circumstances of the incident
The relevant authorities in Port Said continue to examine the circumstances of the incident, including the content of the live broadcast in which the woman appeared, and to listen to her statements once her health condition stabilizes, in addition to examining what has been circulated regarding clips and information related to the incident.
The investigations are expected to reveal the truth of what was stated in the woman's account and to determine legal responsibilities, in light of the results of the investigations and the evidence collected by the relevant authorities.
