تواجه الأجهزة الأمنية في محافظة الجيزة المصرية ملفاً شائكاً يتداخل فيه النفوذ والحصانة البرلمانية بالتعاملات المالية الكبرى، عقب وصول ثلاثة بلاغات رسمية حررتها شركة «صبور» للتطوير العقاري ضد عضو بمجلس النواب.
بدأت القصة أثناء تنفيذ إجراءات حجز أربع فيلات سكنية داخل أحد المشاريع العقارية الكبرى، حيث أتم النائب العقود مدوناً إياها باسم ابنته التي لم تبلغ السن القانونية بعد. ومع تعثر آليات السداد ونشوب خلافات حادة حول المستحقات المالية، فوجئت الشركة بأن الشيكات المقدمة من البرلماني لدفعة الشراء اتضح أنها دون رصيد قائم.
تلك التطورات دفعت إدارة الشركة للجوء المباشر إلى الشرطة لتوثيق الواقعة، لتفتح الجهات المختصة تحقيقات موسعة تشمل فحص الشيكات والمستندات الرسمية، تمهيداً لسماع أقوال الأطراف والتأكد من ملابسات الشبهة الجنائية.
وتتجه الأنظار حالياً نحو الإجراءات المرتقبة بحق النائب، في ظل متابعة دقيقة لما ستسفر عنه التحقيقات الرسمية بشأن استكمال القضية أو التوصل إلى تسوية مالية بين الطرفين.
