في ثاني أيام العام الدراسي الجديد، تحولت أجواء الدراسة داخل إحدى مدارس محافظة الدقهلية المصرية إلى حالة من الحزن، بعدما توفي تلميذ بالصف الأول الابتدائي بشكل مفاجئ، عقب تعرضه لحالة إعياء وسقوطه مغشياً عليه أمام زملائه داخل المدرسة.
وشهدت مدرسة المستشار الشهيد هشام بركات الرسمية للغات التابعة لإدارة طلخا التعليمية اليوم (الاثنين) وفاة التلميذ آسر إسلام محسن، بعد تعرضه لأزمة صحية مفاجئة أثناء وجوده داخل حرم المدرسة.
ووفقاً للمعلومات الأولية، شعر الطفل بحالة إعياء مفاجئة قبل أن يسقط مغشياً عليه، دون أن تشير التحريات الأولية إلى تعرضه لأي اعتداء أو احتكاك مع أحد داخل المدرسة.
هبوط حاد وتوقف مفاجئ للقلب
وتلقت الأجهزة الأمنية بمحافظة الدقهلية بلاغاً من إدارة المدرسة يفيد بوفاة طفل داخل حرمها، وعلى الفور انتقلت سيارة إسعاف وقوة من مباحث مركز شرطة طلخا، إلى جانب مسؤولي الإدارة التعليمية، إلى موقع المدرسة.
وبالفحص الطبي المبدئي تبينت إصابة الطفل بهبوط حاد في الدورة الدموية والتنفسية، أدى إلى توقف مفاجئ في عضلة القلب، وفقاً للمصادر الطبية والتعليمية.
وجرى نقل جثمان الطفل إلى مستشفى المنصورة العام التخصصي، ووضعه تحت تصرف النيابة العامة، فيما حُرر محضر بالواقعة وأُخطرت النيابة لمباشرة التحقيقات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة والتصريح بالدفن.
تحقيقات لكشف ملابسات الواقعة
وبدأت الجهات المختصة إجراءات التحقيق للوقوف على ملابسات وفاة الطفل، حيث جرى الاستماع إلى مشرفي الأدوار ومسؤولي إدارة المدرسة، إلى جانب تفريغ كاميرات المراقبة.
وأظهرت المعلومات الأولية أن الطفل تعرض لسقوط مفاجئ داخل المدرسة، من دون وجود مؤشرات على تعرضه لتصادم أو اعتداء من أي شخص، الأمر الذي يرجح أن الوفاة جاءت نتيجة الأزمة الصحية المفاجئة التي تعرض لها.
«التعليم» تنعى التلميذ
ونعت مديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة الدقهلية التلميذ الراحل، معربة عن بالغ الحزن والأسى لوفاته، ومقدمة خالص التعازي إلى أسرته وذويه.
وتأتي الواقعة في بداية العام الدراسي الجديد، لتلقي بظلال من الحزن على أسرة الطفل وزملائه ومعلميه، بعدما تحولت لحظات الدراسة الأولى إلى مأساة غير متوقعة.
مأساة أخرى في الأسرة
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن شقيق الطفل الراحل كان قد توفي العام الماضي في حادثة مأساوية، بعدما استقل مصعداً إلى الطابق العاشر، قبل أن يتوقف المصعد بين الطابقين السادس والسابع إثر انقطاع التيار الكهربائي، حيث فارق الحياة متأثراً بأزمة قلبية، وفق ما ورد في تفاصيل الواقعة السابقة.
وتواصل النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها في وفاة الطفل آسر للوقوف بشكل نهائي على أسباب الوفاة وملابساتها، فيما تظل نتائج التحقيقات والتقارير الطبية الرسمية هي الفيصل في تحديد السبب النهائي للوفاة.
On the second day of the new school year, the atmosphere of studying inside one of the schools in the Dakahlia Governorate of Egypt turned into a state of sadness after a first-grade student suddenly passed away following a bout of illness and collapsing in front of his classmates inside the school.
The student Aser Islam Mohsen died today (Monday) at the Martyr Judge Hisham Barakat Official Language School, which is affiliated with the Talka Educational Administration, after suffering a sudden health crisis while on school grounds.
According to initial information, the child felt a sudden bout of illness before collapsing, with preliminary investigations not indicating that he had been subjected to any assault or interaction with anyone inside the school.
Severe Drop and Sudden Cardiac Arrest
The security authorities in Dakahlia Governorate received a report from the school administration about the death of a child on its premises, and an ambulance along with a force from the Talka Police Station, in addition to educational administration officials, immediately rushed to the school site.
Upon initial medical examination, it was found that the child suffered from a severe drop in both circulatory and respiratory functions, which led to a sudden cardiac arrest, according to medical and educational sources.
The child's body was transferred to Mansoura General Specialized Hospital and placed under the authority of the Public Prosecution, while a report of the incident was filed, and the prosecution was notified to initiate investigations and take the necessary legal actions and authorize burial.
Investigations to Uncover the Circumstances of the Incident
The relevant authorities began investigation procedures to determine the circumstances surrounding the child's death, as they listened to the floor supervisors and school administration officials, in addition to reviewing the surveillance camera footage.
Initial information indicated that the child experienced a sudden fall inside the school, with no signs of collision or assault by anyone, suggesting that the death was likely due to the sudden health crisis he experienced.
The Ministry of Education Mourns the Student
The Dakahlia Directorate of Education mourned the deceased student, expressing deep sorrow and condolences for his death, and offering sincere condolences to his family and relatives.
This incident comes at the beginning of the new school year, casting a shadow of sadness over the child's family, classmates, and teachers, as the initial moments of study turned into an unexpected tragedy.
Another Tragedy in the Family
It is worth noting that the deceased child's brother had passed away last year in a tragic incident after taking an elevator to the tenth floor, only for the elevator to stop between the sixth and seventh floors due to a power outage, where he died from a heart attack, according to details of the previous incident.
The Public Prosecution continues its investigations into the death of Aser to definitively determine the causes and circumstances of the death, while the results of the investigations and official medical reports remain the decisive factor in determining the final cause of death.
