قررت محكمة جنايات دمنهور بجمهورية مصر العربية، الدائرة 13، برئاسة المستشار إيهاب السعدني، تأجيل جلسات محاكمة 26 متهمًا في واقعة قتل شخصين من أبناء العمومة بمركز الدلنجات بمحافظة البحيرة، وذلك على خلفية طلب رد هيئة المحكمة.
وأعلن رئيس الدائرة خلال جلسة اليوم، تقدم هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين بطلب رد هيئة المحكمة، وجرى تحديد جلسة 10 سبتمبر الجاري لنظر طلب الرد وفقًا للإجراءات القانونية المقررة.
الانتقام في خصومة ثأرية سابقة
وتعود أحداث القضية إلى يوليو 2025، عندما تربص المتهمون بالمجني عليهما أثناء خروجهما من حفل زفاف، بدافع الانتقام على خلفية خصومة ثأرية سابقة، وأطلقوا وابلًا من الأعيرة النارية من بنادق آلية وطبنجات تجاههما، ما أسفر عن وفاتهما متأثرين بإصاباتهما النارية، وفقًا لما ورد بتقرير الصفة التشريحية.
تخطيط مسبق للجريمة
وكشفت تحقيقات النيابة العامة وجود تخطيط مسبق للجريمة، حيث جرى تكليف أحد المتهمين برصد تحركات المجني عليهما، بينما تواجد آخرون بمسرح الجريمة لتأمين طريق الهروب ودعم منفذي الواقعة.
وتضمنت التحقيقات اتهامات لباقي المتهمين بالمشاركة في التحريض وتوفير التمويل اللازم لشراء الأسلحة والذخائر المستخدمة في ارتكاب الجريمة.
The Damanhour Criminal Court in the Arab Republic of Egypt, Circuit 13, presided over by Counselor Ihab El-Saadani, has decided to postpone the sessions of the trial of 26 defendants in the case of the murder of two cousins in the Dallanjat Center in Beheira Governorate, following a request to recuse the court.
The head of the circuit announced during today’s session that the defense team for the defendants had submitted a request to recuse the court, and a session was set for September 10 of this year to consider the recusal request in accordance with the established legal procedures.
Revenge in a Previous Blood Feud
The events of the case date back to July 2025, when the defendants ambushed the victims as they were leaving a wedding, motivated by revenge stemming from a previous blood feud. They unleashed a barrage of gunfire from automatic rifles and pistols at them, resulting in their deaths from gunshot wounds, according to the autopsy report.
Premeditation of the Crime
The investigations by the Public Prosecution revealed that there was premeditation in the crime, as one of the defendants was tasked with monitoring the movements of the victims, while others were present at the crime scene to secure the escape route and support the perpetrators.
The investigations included accusations against the remaining defendants of participating in incitement and providing the necessary funding to purchase the weapons and ammunition used in committing the crime.
