نفذت القوات المسلحة اليمنية عملية عسكرية استهدفت قدرات وعناصر تابعة لميليشيا الحوثي في معسكر اللبنات بمحافظة الجوف، في إطار الرد على التصعيد والانتهاكات الحوثية.
وأوضح المتحدث باسم القوات المسلحة اليمنية العقيد الركن ماجد عبدالله النزيلي أن العملية أسفرت عن تدمير وتحييد قدرات وعناصر حوثية داخل المعسكر، مؤكداً أن التحرك جاء ضمن عملية رد عسكري على تصعيد الميليشيا وانتهاكاتها.
قدرات نوعية حديثة
وكشف المتحدث أن القوات اليمنية استخدمت خلال العملية قدرات نوعية دخلت الخدمة حديثاً، في مؤشر على تطور الإمكانات العملياتية للقوات وقدرتها على التعامل مع الأهداف العسكرية.
«رد عسكري» على التصعيد
وأكد المتحدث أن استهداف معسكر اللبنات يأتي في سياق عملية رد عسكري على تصعيد وانتهاكات ميليشيا الحوثي، وسط تطورات ميدانية تشهدها عدد من جبهات القتال في اليمن.
