قلّد محافظ الأحساء الأمير سعود بن طلال بن بدر، بمكتبه اليوم (الأحد) مدير سجن المحافظة العقيد محمد بن إبراهيم الخليفة، رتبته الجديدة، عقب صدور الأمر الملكي الكريم بترقيته إلى رتبة عقيد.
وهنّأ محافظ الأحساء الخليفة بهذه الثقة الملكية الكريمة، متمنيًا له التوفيق والسداد، وأن تكون هذه الترقية حافزًا لمواصلة العطاء وبذل المزيد من الجهد في أداء مهامه، وخدمة الدين ثم الملك والوطن.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, today (Sunday) awarded the new rank to the Director of the Governorate Prison, Colonel Mohammed bin Ibrahim Al-Khalifa, following the issuance of the royal decree promoting him to the rank of Colonel.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa congratulated Al-Khalifa on this royal trust, wishing him success and prosperity, and hoping that this promotion will be an incentive to continue giving and exerting more effort in performing his duties, serving the religion, then the king, and the homeland.
