لم تشفع عشرة ثمانية عشر عاماً في إثناء عبدالله عن قرار التخلص من زوجته هبة، فالخلافات المتكررة وقفت حجر عثرة أمام التئام شمل الأسرة من جديد.
بدأت القصة، التي أوردتها مواقع إخبارية مصرية، باستدراج عبدالله زوجته هبة بحجة إنهاء الخلافات المتكررة بينهما، وطلب منها أن ترافقه بعيداً عن الأبناء للحديث وحل مشكلاتهما. لكن الرحلة لم تنتهِ بصلح كما ظنت الزوجة؛ تحولت المواجهة إلى اعتداء انتهى بمقتلها، قبل أن يتوجه إلى الشرطة ويحرر محضراً بتغيبها.
18 عاماً من الزواج
في 15 ديسمبر 2008، تزوجت هبة ع.، 38 سنة، ربة منزل، من عبدالله، الذي يكبرها بنحو 10 سنوات ويعمل صاحب محل للأدوات الكهربائية. استقر الزوجان في مدينة العبور، وأنجبا أربعة أبناء، تراوحت أعمارهم بين 16 عاماً و4 سنوات. ومع مرور السنوات، بدأت الخلافات الزوجية تتصاعد، حتى تحولت الحياة داخل المنزل إلى سلسلة من المشاحنات والمواجهات. وبحسب ما ذكره عبدالله في التحقيقات، كان يرى أن زوجته شديدة الغيرة، كثيرة الخلافات معه ومع أسرته، كما قال إنها كانت تتهمه وأسرته بالتسبب لها في الأذى.
عرض الطلاق
وصلت الخلافات بين الزوجين إلى حد عرض عبدالله الطلاق على زوجته. وقال في التحقيقات إنه أبدى استعداده لمنحها حقوقها المالية، ومنها 50 ألف جنيه قيمة قائمة المنقولات، و5 آلاف جنيه مؤخر الصداق، فضلاً عن النفقة التي تقضي بها المحكمة. لكن، وفق روايته، رفضت هبة الطلاق وتمسكت بأبنائها وبمسكن الزوجية. استمرت الخلافات بينهما، وتكررت المواجهات، حتى جاءت ليلة 3 أبريل 2026، التي انتهت بجريمة قتل.
المواجهة الأخيرة
في التاسعة مساءً، طلب عبدالله من زوجته أن ترافقه بعيداً عن الأبناء للحديث وإنهاء الخلافات بينهما. وافقت هبة واستقلت السيارة برفقة زوجها، دون أن تعرف أن الرحلة ستنتهي داخل حفرة أعدها مسبقًا. وبحسب رواية المتهم في التحقيقات، وصل الزوجان إلى مكان بعيد، وهناك تجددت المشادة بينهما. وقال عبدالله إن النقاش احتدم، فنزل من السيارة، ثم عاد واعتدى عليها، قبل أن يتطور الأمر إلى اشتباك بالأيدي.
قرار التخلص منها
بحسب روايته، أخرجت هبة سكينا وحاولت تهديده بها، فانتزعها منها، وأصيبت بطعنة في بطنها أثناء مقاومته لها. بعد ذلك، أمسك عبدالله بقطعة من الطوب وضربها على رأسها عدة مرات، ثم سدد إليها طعنتين في ظهرها بينما كانت ملقاة على الأرض.
على قيد الحياة
وبحسب ما ورد في التحقيقات، كان بإمكانه نقلها إلى المستشفى، لكنه تراجع خوفاً من انكشاف ما حدث. هنا، لم يتوقف الأمر عند الاعتداء؛ إذ لجأ المتهم إلى خطوة أخرى لإخفاء الجريمة. جرّ عبدالله زوجته إلى حفرة كان قد أعدها مسبقاً، وألقى بها داخلها، ثم بدأ يغطيها بالرمال حتى اختفى جسدها عن الأنظار، كما ترك هاتفها وبعض متعلقاتها في المكان، ثم غادر وعاد إلى منزله. لم يكن هدفه، وفق ما كشفت عنه التحقيقات، التخلص من الجريمة فقط، وإنما إخفاء آثارها وخلق رواية أخرى حول اختفاء زوجته.
عاد عبدالله إلى المنزل وكأن شيئاً لم يحدث، وبعد فترة، أخبرته ابنته أن والدتها لم تعد إلى المنزل. بدأ الزوج يسأل عنها، وتحرك للبحث عنها في المستشفيات، قبل أن يتوجه إلى الشرطة ويحرر محضراً بتغيبها. بدا المشهد في ظاهره كحالة اختفاء، لكن التحريات بدأت تتحرك في اتجاه آخر. ومع استمرار الفحص، ضاقت دائرة الاشتباه حول الزوج، وبدأت رواية الاختفاء تتهاوى أمام ما توصلت إليه أجهزة البحث.
الجريمة التي كشفتها الرمال
كشفت التحريات ملابسات اختفاء هبة، وانتهت إلى أن زوجها كان وراء قتلها ومحاولة إخفاء جثمانها. وبحسب ما ورد في القضية، واجهت جهات التحقيق المتهم بما توصلت إليه التحريات، وأقر بتفاصيل الواقعة. ووجهت النيابة العامة إلى المتهم اتهامات بالقتل العمد والخطف وإخفاء جثة المجني عليها، وأحالته إلى محكمة الجنايات.

18 Years of Marriage
On December 15, 2008, Heba A., 38 years old, a housewife, married Abdullah, who is about 10 years older than her and owns an electrical appliances store. The couple settled in the city of Al-Obour and had four children, whose ages ranged from 16 years to 4 years. Over the years, marital disputes began to escalate, turning life at home into a series of arguments and confrontations. According to what Abdullah stated in the investigations, he believed that his wife was extremely jealous and frequently quarreled with him and his family, and he also claimed that she accused him and his family of causing her harm.
The Divorce Proposal
The disputes between the couple reached a point where Abdullah proposed divorce to his wife. He stated in the investigations that he was willing to grant her her financial rights, including 50,000 Egyptian pounds for the list of household items and 5,000 Egyptian pounds as a deferred dowry, in addition to the alimony mandated by the court. However, according to his account, Heba refused the divorce and insisted on her children and the marital home. The disputes continued between them, and confrontations recurred until the night of April 3, 2026, which ended in a murder.
The Final Confrontation
At 9 PM, Abdullah asked his wife to accompany him away from the children to talk and resolve their disputes. Heba agreed and got into the car with her husband, unaware that the trip would end in a pit he had prepared in advance. According to the defendant's account in the investigations, the couple arrived at a remote location, where their argument escalated. Abdullah stated that the discussion heated up, so he got out of the car, then returned and assaulted her, before the situation escalated into a physical struggle.
The Decision to Get Rid of Her
According to his account, Heba pulled out a knife and attempted to threaten him with it, so he wrested it from her, and she was stabbed in the stomach during the struggle. After that, Abdullah grabbed a piece of brick and struck her on the head several times, then stabbed her twice in the back while she was lying on the ground.
Still Alive
According to the investigations, he could have taken her to the hospital, but he hesitated out of fear of being discovered. At this point, the situation did not stop at the assault; the defendant resorted to another step to conceal the crime. Abdullah dragged his wife to a pit he had prepared earlier and threw her inside, then began covering her with sand until her body disappeared from sight. He also left her phone and some of her belongings at the scene, then left and returned home. His goal, according to what the investigations revealed, was not only to dispose of the crime but also to hide its traces and create another narrative about his wife's disappearance.
Abdullah returned home as if nothing had happened, and after a while, his daughter informed him that her mother had not returned home. The husband began to ask about her and moved to search for her in hospitals before heading to the police to file a report about her disappearance. The scene appeared to be a case of disappearance, but the investigations began to move in another direction. As the examination continued, the circle of suspicion narrowed around the husband, and the narrative of disappearance began to crumble in light of what the search agencies uncovered.
The Crime Revealed by the Sand
The investigations revealed the circumstances of Heba's disappearance, concluding that her husband was behind her murder and the attempt to conceal her body. According to the case, the investigative authorities confronted the defendant with what the investigations had uncovered, and he confessed to the details of the incident. The public prosecution charged the defendant with premeditated murder, kidnapping, and concealing the victim's body, and referred him to the criminal court.
