حددت محكمة جنايات الجيزة، جلسة 19 سبتمبر القادم، لنظر أولى جلسات محاكمة 8 متهمين، على خلفية اتهامهم في واقعة مقتل «حازم حمدان»، المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«خناقة سي جمبري»، التي شهدها أحد المطاعم بشارع فيصل.
استعراض قوة وتلويح بالعنف
وأسندت النيابة العامة إلى المتهمين، في القضية رقم 24410 لسنة 2026 جنايات الهرم، والمقيدة برقم 1696 لسنة 2026 كلي أكتوبر، اتهامات باستعراض القوة والتلويح بالعنف وتهديد عدد من المجني عليهم، بهدف فرض السيطرة عليهم وتخويفهم وتعريض حياتهم للخطر، وذلك خلال الواقعة التي شهدتها دائرة قسم الهرم يوم 8 فبراير 2026.
وذكرت التحقيقات أن خلافًا نشب بين المتهمين والمجني عليهم، تطور إلى مشاجرة وتشابك بالأيدي والأسلحة البيضاء، على خلفية خلافات سابقة، قبل أن تتصاعد الأحداث إلى أعمال عنف وبلطجة.
ووجهت النيابة العامة إلى المتهم الأول «أحمد» اتهامًا بالتعدي على المجني عليه «حازم حمدان»، بعدما سدد له طعنتين، استقرت إحداهما في الفخذ الأيمن، وأحدثت الإصابات التي أثبتها تقرير الطب الشرعي.
وأوضحت التحقيقات أن المتهم لم يكن يقصد قتل المجني عليه، إلا أن إصابته أدت إلى قطع في أحد الأوتار الرئيسية ونزيف شديد، انتهى بوفاته متأثرًا بإصابته.
واستمعت النيابة العامة إلى أقوال أسرة «حازم حمدان»، الذين ذكروا أن المجني عليه توجه يوم الواقعة إلى المطعم لعقد جلسة ودية لإنهاء خلاف بين نجل خاله «علي» وأحد العاملين بالمطعم، بعد مشاجرة سابقة بينهما أصيب خلالها العامل بجرح قطعي في الرقبة.
افتعال مشاجرة وعراك
وأضافت أسرة المجني عليه في التحقيقات أن «حازم» فوجئ عقب وصوله إلى المطعم بافتعال العاملين مشاجرة معهم، قبل أن يتطور الأمر إلى عراك بين الطرفين عقب عودة مالك المطعم إلى المكان.
وبحسب أقوال الأسرة، باغت أحد العاملين «حازم» خلال المشاجرة بطعنة في الفخذ، تسببت في إصابته بقطع في وتر رئيسي، ما أدى إلى إصابته بنزيف شديد، وفارق الحياة قبل أن يتمكن الأطباء من إنقاذه.
وتواصل المحكمة نظر القضية تمهيدًا للفصل فيها، فيما يواجه المتهمون الاتهامات المنسوبة إليهم، وتظل مسؤوليتهم الجنائية محل تقدير القضاء وفقًا لما تسفر عنه إجراءات المحاكمة.
The Giza Criminal Court has set a session for September 19 to consider the first hearings in the trial of 8 defendants, following their indictment in the case of the murder of "Hazem Hamdan," known in the media as the "Sei Gambari Fight," which took place at a restaurant on Faisal Street.
Display of Power and Threat of Violence
The Public Prosecution has charged the defendants in case number 24410 for the year 2026, Giza Criminal Court, registered under number 1696 for the year 2026, October, with charges of displaying power, threatening violence, and intimidating several victims, with the aim of exerting control over them, scaring them, and endangering their lives, during the incident that occurred in the jurisdiction of the Haram police station on February 8, 2026.
The investigations revealed that a dispute arose between the defendants and the victims, which escalated into a brawl and physical confrontation with white weapons, stemming from previous disagreements, before the situation deteriorated into acts of violence and thuggery.
The Public Prosecution charged the first defendant, "Ahmed," with assaulting the victim "Hazem Hamdan," after he inflicted two stab wounds, one of which settled in the right thigh, causing injuries confirmed by the forensic report.
The investigations clarified that the defendant did not intend to kill the victim; however, the injury resulted in a severing of one of the main tendons and severe bleeding, which ultimately led to his death from the injury.
The Public Prosecution listened to the statements of "Hazem Hamdan's" family, who mentioned that the victim went to the restaurant on the day of the incident to hold a friendly meeting to resolve a dispute between his cousin "Ali" and one of the restaurant workers, following a previous altercation during which the worker sustained a cut to the neck.
Instigating a Fight and Struggle
The victim's family added in the investigations that "Hazem" was surprised upon arriving at the restaurant by the workers instigating a fight with them, before the situation escalated into a struggle between both parties after the restaurant owner returned to the scene.
According to the family's statements, one of the workers ambushed "Hazem" during the brawl with a stab to the thigh, which caused a severing of a main tendon, leading to severe bleeding, and he passed away before the doctors could save him.
The court continues to consider the case in preparation for a verdict, while the defendants face the charges against them, and their criminal responsibility remains subject to the court's assessment based on the outcomes of the trial proceedings.
